We halen alleen op bij hotels en accommodaties in de oude stad Chiang Mai of direct naast de oude stadsmuren. Als uw hotel of accommodatie buiten dit gebied ligt, moet u de groep ontmoeten voor de Burger King bij Thapae Gate (de oostelijke poort van de oude stad) in Chiang Mai Omdat onze tours op groepsbasis plaatsvinden, vragen we iedereen vriendelijk om op tijd te zijn. We kunnen maximaal 10 minuten wachten na de geplande vergadertijd. Na de respijtperiode van 10 minuten begint de Gids met de tour. Als je niet op tijd kunt komen, laat het ons dan weten voordat de tour begint. Indien mogelijk, zullen we ons best doen om u te verzetten naar de eerstvolgende beschikbare dag of tijdslot. Houd er rekening mee dat er een herschikkingstoeslag van toepassing is.
