Een reis naar Qatar is niet compleet zonder een bezoek aan de binnenzee. De reis begint door naar Khor Al Udaid te gaan, gelegen ten zuidoosten van Qatar. Ga terug naar de natuur tijdens een woestijnsafari van een halve dag in Qatar. Geniet van het buitengewone uitzicht op de woestijn en geniet van spannende ritten over de zandduinen met professionele 4WD-chauffeurs. Onze ervaren chauffeurs nemen u mee op een spannende rit over de zandduinen, waarvan sommige wel 50 meter hoog zijn. Industriële stad Al Mesaieed is een commerciële stad in de gemeente Al Wakrah in de staat Qatar, ongeveer 36 kilometer ten zuiden van Doha. Het werd in de 20e eeuw een van de meest vitale steden in Qatar en kreeg een reputatie als een van de belangrijkste commerciële regio's en tankcentrum voor aardolie verkregen uit het westelijke deel van Qatar.

Super dun! He did really cool turns and it felt like a rollercoaster!
Had a 6 hour layover, landing at 5am. They hooked me up with a private Dune bashing tour for $150 on no advance notice. Picked me up at 6 and back to the airport 3.5 hrs later so I could make my connection. Sajid was my guide. He was amazing. I did the optional buggy excursion for 30 minutes also. It was decent but the real deal was bashing the dunes in the Land Rover with Sajid. Way beyond my expectations. Maybe it’s because it was so early but we were the only car out there. Landscape was spectacular and the ascents and descents were way beyond what I expected. Definite must do if you have a long layover.

We had a really good time riding at speed through the dunes. We did sand bashing on a board and it was a lot of fun. Lots of great photos as well! Iqtidar was very nice, supportive and make the whole trip feel great!
