Nadat u bij uw hotel bent opgehaald, wordt u naar het zuiden van Qatar gereden, ongeveer 80 km van de stad (1 uur rijden). passeer olieraffinaderijen en Al Janob Fifa World Cup-stadion

Khor al Udaid, (ook gespeld als Khawr al Udayd en Khor al-'Udeid) is een nederzetting en inham van de Perzische Golf in de gemeente Al Wakrah in het zuidoosten van Qatar, aan de grens met Saoedi-Arabië. Het is bij lokale Engelssprekenden bekend als de "Inland Sea". In het verleden huisvestte het een kleine stad en diende als het centrum van een langlopend territoriaal geschil tussen sjeik Jassim bin Mohammed Al Thani en sjeik Zayed bin Khalifa Al Nahyan. Op dit moment is het een belangrijke toeristische bestemming voor Qatar. 1 uur transport om terug te rijden

Amazing experience a must try in Qatar
Rashid was great. Very personable and knowledgeable. Our “gentler” version of the Dessert Safari was exactly what we wanted. Make sure you request Rashid for this adventure.
Well, we enjoyed the camel ride which was about 5 minutes. The Dune ride was fun, but we could to sand board, so we were told. What we were not informed of is at the beginning of the tour, we drove maybe 10 minutes, as they had to stop at a petrol station to fuel up. So we sat there 15-20 minutes. Then we were taken out to this 4 wheeler place to ride the 4 wheelers if you wanted to. They were extremely expensive for a 30 minute ride (several hundred dollars depending on the bike you would choose). If you opted out you just sat there for 1 1/2 hours (as there were a lot of people there). There was no cultural village experience, unless you include the camel ride area after the dune ride, where there were just sitting areas for you to sit at if your tour did not include the camel ride. I would not suggest this tour. If you want to go out to the desert, I would suggest a private tour where you don’t spend the majority of your time just waiting around or spending hundred of unexpected dollars to do anything. I did like our guide, but he was filling in for the day and has his own private tour company. He kept apologizing to us for this experience and even offered to buy us dinner before he dropped us off. So, go to the desert, but do a private tour.
The experience was amazing. It really worths for this price like a one day thing in Qatar. Also our guide Taj was perfect and really friendly

We felt fantastic. Our tour guide was also perfect. We felt completely safe during the tour. He said a lot of interesting things about the country. He took us to beautiful places. We could watch the sunset in the desert by the sea. We could travel by camel. Everything was just perfect. I can only recommend them. 👍👍

Karim was a great guide and driver! The camel ride was short but unique. Sandboarding was a thrill and the beach was the brightest blue. Overall great experience.
