Ontspan en zwem in het warme water van de Emerald Pool. Maak foto's van de prachtige Blue Lagoon. Dompel onder in het therapeutische en rustgevende water van de warmwaterbronnen. Tijdens een korte wandeling door het bos heeft u de mogelijkheid om een intact ecosysteem te verkennen. U zult zeker onder de indruk zijn van de unieke sfeer van het regenwoud. De Emerald Pool of ook wel 'Sa Morakot' genoemd is een unieke natuurlijke vijver met een visueel heldere blauwe kleur en heerlijk warm water, waardoor het een prachtige plek is om in te zwemmen. Een overvloed aan mineralen uit de omliggende kalksteenheuvels geeft het zwembad zijn jadekleur . Vlakbij de Emerald Pool vind je de Blue Lagoon, een prachtig zwembad met diep aquamarijnblauw water. Maar laat je niet verleiden tot een duik in het heerlijk blauwe water, want anders dan in de Emerald Pool kun je hier helemaal niet zwemmen! De bodem bestaat uit drijfzand en de watertemperatuur varieert tussen de 30 en 50 graden Celcius. Na een bezoek aan de Emerald Pool en Blue Lagoon stoppen we voor de lunch in een lokaal restaurant (ongeveer 1 uur - lunch is voor eigen rekening). De toeslag voor het Nationaal Park bedraagt THB 400 per persoon en is niet bij de prijs inbegrepen en dient contant te worden betaald.
Namtok Ron ligt in een schaduwrijk groen bosgebied met tal van warmwaterbronnen. De warmwaterbronnen en koele beekjes komen samen op een helling en vormen prachtige cascades van warm water. Het water komt uit vulkanische kamers diep onder de grond. Hierdoor heeft het water altijd een weldadige temperatuur van 35 tot 42 graden Celsius! U kunt ontspannen in een van de vele natuurlijke holtes in de kreek en kijken hoe het water zachtjes in de koele poelen stroomt. Hot Springs-toeslag 200 Thaise baht per persoon is niet bij de prijs inbegrepen en dient contant te worden betaald.
Wat Tham Suea (Tijgergrottempel) ligt in een prachtig bos en is één van de hoogtepunten in Krabi, want naast een plaats van aanbidding is het een beroemd meditatiecentrum en fungeert het als een toevluchtsoord voor boeddhistische monniken en nonnen van over de hele wereld. Je moet 1260 trappen beklimmen naar de top, waarbij sommige trappen meer dan 30 cm hoog zijn, dus een zekere mate van fysieke fitheid is vereist om de tempel te bezoeken. Zodra u de top bereikt, wordt u beloond met een prachtig uitzicht op het omliggende platteland met alle kalkstenen kliffen en prachtige weelderige regenwoud. Het uitzicht is prachtig genoeg om weg te nemen wat er overblijft van je adem!

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Hotel pick-up en drop-off is alleen inbegrepen voor deelnemers die verblijven in een hotel in het centrum van Ao Nang, niet voor deelnemers die verblijven aan een van de andere stranden in de omgeving of in Krabi Town. Als uw accommodatie buiten ons ophaalgebied ligt, moet u naar het verzamelpunt voor McDonalds op Ao Nang beach road komen. OPMERKING 1 : Wij halen niet op van accommodaties in Krabi Town. Als uw accommodatie in Krabi Town is, is het ontmoetingspunt bij Big C winkelen op Phet Kasem Road. OPMERKING 2 : We kunnen niet ophalen van Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Krabi en resorts bij Railay, omdat ze niet bereikbaar zijn met de auto. Ontmoetingspunt is voor McDonalds op strandweg (Ao Nang).

- De Blue Lagoon is mogelijk van mei tot oktober gesloten voor bezoekers vanwege het broedseizoen van een zeldzame vogelsoort.
- Je moet 1260 trappen beklimmen naar de top van de Tiger Cave Temple, dus een zekere mate van fysieke fitheid is vereist. Zodra u de top bereikt, wordt u beloond met een prachtig uitzicht op het omliggende platteland met alle kalkstenen kliffen en prachtige weelderige regenwoud. Als je denkt dat de klim naar de top misschien te zwaar voor je is, kun je ook de tempel op begane grond bezoeken.
- Er zijn wilde apen bij de Tiger Cave Temple. Je moet altijd onthouden dat, wat er ook gebeurt, apen wilde dieren zijn, geen huisdieren. Hoewel ze er misschien schattig uitzien, raden we altijd aan om afstand te houden, geen eten mee te nemen en al je spullen in je tas te bewaren.
- Omdat onze rondleidingen op groepsbasis verlopen, kunnen we maximaal 10 minuten na de geplande vergadertijd wachten. Na deze respijtperiode begint de Gids aan de tour. Als u niet op tijd kunt komen, laat het ons dan weten voordat de tour begint. Indien mogelijk zullen we ons best doen om je te verzetten naar de eerstvolgende beschikbare dag, maar er zullen wel annuleringskosten van toepassing zijn.
- Annuleringen die minimaal 24 uur voor aanvang van de tour worden gemaakt, komen in aanmerking voor volledige restitutie. Voor annuleringen die minder dan 24 uur van tevoren worden gemaakt of in geval van no-show, wordt geen restitutie verleend.
- Onze tours werken met regen of zonneschijn, omdat tropische regenbuien in Thailand meestal niet lang duren. Als het hard regent, proberen we beschutting te zoeken en gaan we door zodra het weer verbetert. Tijdens het regenseizoen is het een goed idee om een regenjas of poncho mee te nemen. Houd er rekening mee dat annuleringen vanwege het weer niet in aanmerking komen voor restitutie.

We did not visit the temple because of a physical problem. The Emerald Pool is accessible after a one-kilometer walk (without difficulty). The water is a magnificent color. Swimming was pleasant because there were few people this season. Access to the hot baths is easy. The water is about 38 degrees. Relaxing but in moderation.

We did our visit by ourselves, we didn't use any operator, we traveled with our own car. Emerald Pool is a gorgeous natural swimming hole and well worth a visit when you're in Krabi. The water isn't very deep, so most adults can comfortably stand with their feet on the bottom. To get there, it’s about a 1.1 km walk through the forest from the main entrance. The trail is paved and well-maintained, making for an easy, pleasant stroll. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a fantastic place to cool off in nature. I highly recommend stopping by if you're traveling through Krabi! If you liked my review, give me a like 👍🏻
Amazing experience. The tour guide Otto was very friendly and clear. The locations were lovely, and there was even time to stop for lunch. All the timings were perfect. I would recommend to anyone in Krabi!

Tukky is a very nice guide. She answered all our questions without hesitation. We took this trip in the rainy season, so there weren't a lot of people. We enjoyed the hot springs, these where 38° and very beautifull. The emerald pool is also really nice to swim. The blue pool is beatifull ( your not allowed to swim). Afterwards we went to tigertemple wich was impressive. The stairs are 1260 steps and my t-shirt was soaking wet with sweat... Beware of the monkeys at the top, don't wear a backpack or wear it on your belly. They will snatch it and you loose everything.

Well what a day the hot springs were lovely and HOT then on to the emerald pool you must wallk to the blue pool. Lots of people on our tour didn’t and wished they had then on to tiger cave omg the walk to the top took us 44 minutes up and 25 minutes down but we are 62 and 63 years old but dare I say a little fit. The tiger cave was very spectacular a must visit we done it with get your guide

Tour guide was fine, and destinations were good, but the tour is 9 hours not 6 as advertised. The budda is at the top of a mountain 1260 steps, and it's no easy task, bring sneakers, im in good shape and took many breaks, this tour is not for obese people. Hot waterfall springs was the best, stop 2 , buffet was just ok, but it was cheap, 150 baht, bring at least 2k baht for 2 people

Only two participants and the guide was quite passive It’s nice to go to these sights but I think timing couldn’t better planned eg climbing tiger cave mountain is a bad idea in the early afternoon when hot

Amazing excursion to Emerald Pool, Hot Springs, and Tiger Cave Temple. Easy and on time pick up at the hotel. There were only 4 of us. 20 min drive to the first stop. Nice clean minivan with good AC. The hike to the Emerald Pool was beautiful and gratefully shady. Swimming in the clear water of the Blue Pool was heavenly refreshing. Quck lunch and 10 min drive to the Hot Springs. Interesting area, but it was too hot to get into the pools The Tiger Temple is gorgeous. There are 1160 stair steps to get to the top from Tiger Cave Temple. It's a long way up, but the view was worth it. Pouring rain saved us from being overheated. Highly recommend.
