Beschrijving
Diepe weefselmassagetherapie richt zich op het opnieuw afstemmen van diepere spierlagen en bindweefsel. Het is nuttig voor chronisch strakke en pijnlijke spieren, met name zoals nekstijfheid, schouderpijn en strakheid van de lage rug. We raden deze massage aan voor mensen met spanningsgerelateerde problemen en lichamelijk letsel. Massagetherapeuten gebruiken vingertoppen, handen, ellebogen, knokkels en onderarmen tijdens de diepe weefselmassage. Er is meestal wat stijfheid of pijn na een diepe weefselmassage, maar het zal binnen een dag of zo verdwijnen.

Turkish bath and deep tissue massage
First of all, I liked the pleasant atmosphere in the spa, the cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff without intrusiveness. I visited a hammam and a massage. Everything was at a pretty good level. I liked the massage from Mustafa. If you have muscle spasms, then his massage will be especially good, I liked his strong hands and technique, he presses trigger points to relax these muscles, to my surprise, not everyone does this. But this salon takes into account the wishes of the guest and it is pleasant and shows the loyalty and customer orientation of the salon.

Relaxing, professional massage, highly recommended!
After a short introduction to the massage services, I was recommended the deep tissue massage for my lower back pain. The perfect match in hindsight!
The staff is nice and friendly, the rooms are clean and the atmosphere is relaxing.
After an onboarding process about my preferences, needs and prior history, I got to meet Mete, my Masseur.
He is very friendly, gentle and hardworking. I got a very relaxing massage that helped my back and already booked my next massages with Mete.

Best spa in town
My wife and I have visited 10 times over our trips to oludinez and it’s just a magical place the staff are amazing, on this trip my wife had a massage with the wonderful Dwi, and myself had the pleasure of the wonder that is Murat. Thai and deep tissue massages
We had Thai massage before my wife and we were very pleased with a different experience after which my husband decided to do deep tissue massage for the long-standing back and neck pains and goodiiii MURAT we met someone who loves his job and professional, can say he has magical fingers my wife was incredibly relaxed good you are Mr. Murat💐

One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Thanku Murat
I had two massages. The first one I booked for 40 minutes full body with the lovely Murat. I was having some issues with my neck and shoulder area. Really struggling to turn my head fully. Murat informed me my neck and shoulder area was broken😅 and to book in for a longer massage,80 mins so he could really work on that area. He really knows what he is doing and so professional. My 2nd massage really concentrated on that area to give me more movement which he did. I understand it’s a work in progress and will have to continue with a therapist in the uk as it’s a work in progress and can’t be fixed in one session. However the treatment Murat gave me has definitely given me some relief. So big Thanku to Murat ❤️
