Booking was smooth, transfers were smooth, the activities were very exciting and everything was fun! It was an unforgettable memory.
They canceled my booking without my knowledge. They said they couldn't reach out to me but they were able to message me on WhatsApp telling me that my booking was cancled. That doesn't make sense. The operator who talked to me was too rude and inconsiderate.
We were not picked up at the agreed location No phone call, no inquiries, trippadvisor not available........
We were booked today but after we were booked in advance. The guy we are in contact suddenly dont want to communicate with us. We where waiting for a long time for us to pick up in our place as that is the agreement but they didnt pick us. Its so horrible experience. We have a family come over in dubai but we do not want like this that we have to cancel this service and somewhere else. Not recommendable!
Magnificent exciting experience done on Off-road excellent guide that made us live unique emotions in this desert 🏜 immense ended then with an ethnic dinner in a field ⛺️ with belly dancing to try
This was a terrible experience from start to finish. There was absolutely no coordination at all. No proper response to calls or messages, and everything was last-minute and confusing. On top of that, they kept asking for extra charges that were never mentioned earlier. There were no proper facilities at the camp — very poorly managed and not suitable for guests. Basic arrangements were missing, and the whole operation felt unprofessional. The management was especially bad, handled by Mr. Haris, who showed zero responsibility and no customer care. Overall, this was very badly managed and completely disappointing. I do not recommend this desert safari to anyone. Total waste of money and time.
I strongly regret booking with this agency and would not recommend it to anyone. All bookings are handled directly by a driver, who misled us about the package and what was included. I had to sit in a broken back seat of the SUV for the entire trip. When I requested a change, the driver initially assured us that the seat would be changed later, but once we were far from our hotel, he suddenly refused, saying it couldn’t be done and becoming aggressive and rude. The overall experience felt very low quality and unprofessional. What worried me most was the complete lack of safety during the safari. There was no roll cage in the vehicle (despite it being mandatory), and even the seat belts were missing from the last row of seats. If the vehicle had rolled over during the safari – which does happen – we would have had no protection at all. To top it off, at the end of the trip the driver didn’t even bother to drop us at our hotel gate and seemed completely uninterested in basic customer service. I found myself regretting the decision to continue with this trip at almost every step. If you care about your safety and don’t want to feel cheated or disrespected, I would strongly suggest avoiding this agency.

Experience beyond the border diving into this desert was fabulous it almost seemed to fly in this off-road with the sand that sometimes covered the car really too beautiful my wife and I would do it a thousand times
