It’s a not nice experience because our guide said to us that we need to pay extra USD 80 to get ATV QUAD Bike and arrived at camp and the food almost finished, don’t have more tato henna, no more camels to ride…not good!
we had booked Desert Safari Dubai with Quad Bike This experience was fantastic! Our guide/driver was so much fun! I loved it. Its a must when visiting Dubai! Great place tout be enjoyed a lot un théâtre place first time tried safari it was great. Good arabic food
we had a booked Desert Safari Dubai with Quad bike on our first trip Very nice trip. A great experience. We would do it all over again. A highly recommended. He informed us about the history of the UAE, its landmarks, and all the cool things to do while we are here.
We had a very great amazing time in Desert Safari Dubai with our tour guide Mr Zayed , he explained very well the trips to us and helped us to snapped amazing photos in the desert Safari we had also too much enjoyed self drive ATQ Quad Bike Thanks Team
we was a very nice Safari. we have enjoyed the Dune Bashing with Quad Bike Self Driver Driver was punctual and was driving very safely and professional. The BBQ Buffet was very delicious and the Show was very entertaining. I would recommend this to every visitor in Dubai
I had to atleast give a 1 star to write this review. I would only give 1/2 star for what happened with our group. To start off, our pick up was at least 45 min. late from our villa. Secondly when they got to our villa they had the hoods of the trucks open so we knew they were having engine issues. Got on the road and was terrified of how the engine kept stalling and horns blowing for us to get off the road. We had to be picked up by another vehicle which we had to wait in 100°+ weather. After that we stopped at a gas station where they let us use restrooms etc. We had to purchase our own water and snacks which was suppose to come with the package and the toilets were flooded so we were unable to use the restroom. Once we finally got to the desert site we didnt have enough time to take photos because the sun was already starting to set and darkness fell quick. We had to pay for the camel rides, and the falcon photos. We purchased this tour because of all that came with it which was sand boarding, never seen that it was not offered, camel rides, and still had to pay for that. For the falcon photos we had to pay for that seperate too! Even with showing my receipt what was included to our tour guide it was not acknowledged at all. Not sure of the language barrier or what but we all felt like we could have been atleast compensated for something! Having to wait on the side of the highway in such hot weather with no A/C is not what I expected. I feel cheated and lots of time was wasted. We had such a big group and feel as though we all should have been compensated for time lost and the things that were included that we had to pay extra for. This is not a tour you want if you want to have fun and not be haggled for money by something you already paid for.
