Je wordt opgehaald bij je hotel/residentie door onze professionele safarigids. ga dan naar de rode zandwoestijn na een korte pauze en ga voor een spannend avontuur van quad bike (zelfrijden) op basis van 60 minuten en zal genieten van sandboarden over de woestijn en zal stoppen voor foto's.

They dont deliver what they promise. No sunset photo shoot at all because they drive in Sharjah desert and then go to Dubai desert for desert camp which starts at 1830. Hence you spend all sunset time in the car driving on the main road. Most of the time you are just waiting. And when you complain, they tell you have to pay, if not they will not drive you home / out of the desert. The worst experience I have had with UAE customer service.

You booked a shared car tour, and all services were provided as described and on time. The location shown in your video was where you asked the driver to stop, even though it's not a safe or legal place to stop. Our guide made the stop to accommodate your request, even though it made other guests uncomfortable. You also mentioned issues during the ride—please note that you had forgotten your phone at home and were checking the vehicle and asking other guests which is inappropriate. Our guide tried to support you throughout. At the camp, you went on stage during a dance performance, which is not allowed. After the tour, you asked for a discount, despite having received the full service. When management didn’t agree, you became loud and were told that you have the right to contact the police if you feel mistreated. This was not a threat—it was simply a reminder of your rights. We always strive to give our guests a great experience and have served many happy customers. We're sorry that you felt otherwise, but we believe our team acted respectfully and fairly at every step.

Terrific fun, highly recommend as excellent value for money and a lot of entertainment for the price. Dinner perfectly nice, entertainment was genuinely jaw dropping with the tannoura.
