My flight was delayed, resulting in a change in arrival time. I immediately notified Epic Mountain Express and requested the next shuttle, which happened to be the last one available. They said the last shuttle was full, but still said I could not cancel my ticket because it was inside the 24 hour cancellation. This company provides shuttle services to and from airports. Delayed flights happen everyday and airport shuttle companies should know that’s an inherent part of serving airport travelers. Huge miss by Epic Mountain Express here. Stay away.

I booked a shuttle from DIA to Breck, reserving a seat on the last shuttle of the night @ 9:30 pm, Christmas week. My flight was to arrive, allowing 45 minutes to get to the shuttle and no luggage to collect at baggage claim. I was told by 2 representatives over the phone, they would not wait for me if my flight was delayed, not even 10 minutes. Long story short, my flight arrived, I had 15 minutes to get to the shuttle. I spoke to the agent at the desk as I was disembarking the plane. I told him I had no checked bags and was running for the shuttle, again he reiterated they would not wait. I made the shuttle at 9:27. As I sat on the shuttle with other riders, we waited an additional 20 minutes for one other passenger. The stress I experienced running through the airport was entirely unnecessary given that the shuttle did, in fact, wait for another individual who did not appear to be in a rush and arrived for the shuttle at 9:45. This inconsistency in your policy and the lack of empathy from your staff is unacceptable. I expected more professional and respectful communication regarding your departure procedures. For anyone that gets in later, Peak One Express has a shuttle at 11:30pm, for the same cost if not less and they were more helpful and respectful than anyone at Epic Mountain Express.

Our agents communicate our departure policy conservatively to ensure shuttles leave on time for all guests, particularly on late-night departures. The shuttle bit south side the airport baggage claim area. The driver loaded our bags. Of we went to the resort. it’s nice to know you can safely get to the resorts.

Went from Denver airport to a Breckenridge hotel. Ride took 1 HOUR longer than it should have. Van stops at multiple INDIVIDUAL people’s HOUSES Not very practical. Much better renting a car.

Epic Mountain Express offers door-to-door transportation, which includes pickups and drop-offs at each of our travelers homes, hotels, lodging, and transfer centers. We max our shared shuttles at 12 passengers (and leave 2 open seats) and drop-off based on directionality, location, and traveler needs. If you are interested in a quicker service, we offer private SUVs and private shuttles, which is specific to only your transportation needs from Denver to Eagle County and Summit County. Again, we apologize for any misunderstanding, and hope you had a nice trip to the mountains.
