Our goal with this package is to make visiting Denali National Park easier and more accessible by handling the logistics for guests — including transportation coordination, park bus tickets, snacks, water, and additional sightseeing stops throughout the day. We’re sorry to hear that the style of communication from your driver was not the experience you were hoping for. Our team genuinely enjoys sharing information about the area and connecting with guests, but we understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes to conversation during travel. Hello Curtis, we are deeply sorry that our full day package did not live up to what you imagined. I appreciate you acknowledging that we provided everything listed, including transportation to and from each location, snacks, binoculars, lunch, and tickets on the Denali Park Bus. We are also glad to hear that your guide and driver, Mike, was fun and upbeat. Mike puts a lot of time and focus into his guests experience, we are happy that you recognize that. We hope this review will serve an indicator to all future guests to carefully read the entire description and on our listing before booking. Our listing specifically states that we provide tickets on the east Fork transit bus, and that this bus is one of the only ways to travel deep inside the park. We strive to be transparent for this package offering, and hope that all of our guests do some research and understand what they are getting before booking.
