Wat onderscheidt onze activiteit Dit is niet zomaar een demonstratie – het is een venster op eeuwenlange eilandwijsheid. Al generaties lang is kokosolie de kern van Thaise zelfzorg. Lang voordat moderne producten hun intrede deden, gebruikten families kokosolie om hun huid te reinigen, te kalmeren en te beschermen. In deze ervaring zult u getuige zijn van hoe traditionele koudproceszeep wordt gemaakt van pure kokosolie — net zoals het was in oude eilandgemeenschappen. Kokoszeep is zacht, van nature antibacterieel en diep hydraterend. Het is een beproefde remedie voor een droge huid, blootstelling aan de zon en dagelijkse reiniging. Het tot leven zien komen – van olie tot bar – is zowel kalmerend als boeiend. Dit is je kans om het rustiger aan te doen, iets moois te leren en je te verbinden met de natuurlijke ritmes van Koh Samui.

Very lovely shop! The tour of the dope making process was very informative and also interactive. A hand on experience into the culture of soap making and the reasons behind it. Additionally all the staff were very welcoming and friendly! Definitely recommend!
We had a really good experience here, learnt a lot about the soap making process and about the different ingredients, when we arrived we were greeted and offered tea which was a nice touch, the let us mix the soap and cut soap as well! Really nice place and would recommend, not only for the tour but the products they have to offer!
This was a great activity - we learned how the coconut soap is made, and got to cut soap blocks and mix freshly made soap. Mikey was a delightful host, he treated us to floral tea and explained the science behind the process. Great little store with homemade products to browse after the demo.
