i booked the hot air balloon with my friend and it was a wonderful experiences staff was cooperative, our pilot shared safety brefing and specially balloon experience was great, overall good once in a lifetime experience

Horrible. They did not pick us up and we tried to contact them but they were not responding. Shady business that wants a lot of personal information.

Amazing tour. Really wonderful staff and friendly. Captain was excellent and funny! Falcon show was amazing. Really worth doing. First class. Definitely try the balloon ride. Not to be missed.

The worst experience I had in Dubai and all over the world. I paid for the service and they just disappeared. And I spend my whole birthday for any information from their side. Hope karma hit them 10 out of 10! Avoid Dubai Ballooning!

AVOID at all costs. We were due to do this tour on the 25th January. They told us they would contact us the day before with a pick up time. Despite lots of WhatsApp messages and calls I have not heard anything from them. We received a text msg at 2am to say not going ahead due to wind, understandable that it had to be cancelled but no contact doesn't help. We bought this through a 3rd party and now have to fight to get our money back. So disappointed. Edit to add. We re-booked for Sat 27th and again we were promised confirmation before 10pm day before. We revived nothing. At 2am I finally got a text to say it was cancelled 2 hours before the planned 4am pick up. Again due to weather again understandable but some notice would be great. When we booked the trip we were told by the company to redeem the voucher in order to book. Now grupon are telling us that because the voucher was redeemed there is an issue with refunding us. I have screenshots of all the conversations. Avoid this company at all costs.

Based on the reviews had booked sunrise balloon flight with Dubai Balloon. The flight was cancelled at due to bad weather, this news we got at 10:40 pm..it was one of the most gorgeous days so it is unimaginable that weather conditions were bad. But hey safety first! We will not recommend this company due to absolute lack of communication - irresponsive and unclear till the last minute.

Paid over $700 for this experience for the host to not pick me up at all. Did not liaise with me after multiple attempts to call, email and chat via tripadvisor. Disappointed and requested for refund.

Booked this experience on our latest trip out to Dubai. Early start as collected at 0400. Driven in air con minibus to the balloon site. Several balloons laid out on the ground with ground crews around. Take a light jacket and sensible footwear as it can be a bit cooler in the early morning in the desert. Good safety briefing with water and coffee provided. No toilets so bear that in mind when you get on the balloon. Balloon inflated and aboard we went. Our pilot was Andrew a Kiwi and a world class pilot. The flight was great breathtaking views and a sunrise with a difference. A soft landing then a short ride to the vintage Land Rover drive which took us to a desert camp for breakfast falconry and camel rides. Food was varied but delicious. Back in the Land Rover to the minibus point and dropped off at 0930. A great day or early morning. As I said wear sensible shoes and a light weight jacket or fleece to take the chill off. Also no toilets until you get to the camp for breakfast. Great staff great views and food and money very well spent.

Great experience ....I fear heights but this was kind of a mediating trip. It's very well organized and the pilot was confident , engaging and explaining at evet step what he will be doing. Love it and recommend it!

What an amazing experience ... I soo very highly recommend doing the hot air balloons ride !!! It was a not a only so much fun but also you got amazing views.
