I didn't hear from them until the day after the booking was confirmed and they didn't come to the meeting place on the day. I woke up at 3am in the morning to get a taxi, but the phone was not working, and time passed and I felt very sad. Later that afternoon, we were informed that the balloons would not go up from June to September. If that's the case, we'd prefer you didn't have to choose a date or contact us in advance. The payment was complete. I also received a reservation completion email with the meeting place. I'm sorry. I hope no one else does the same.
