Tijdens deze tour ontdek je de buitenwijken van Buenos Aires. Je maakt kennis met een totaal andere manier van leven. Er zijn geen wegen of bruggen die de eilanden met het vasteland verbinden. VRAAG VOORDAT U BOEKT, AANGEZIEN WE MOGELIJK VOLGEBOEKT ZIJN. Het is een plek die burgers bezoeken tijdens de weekenden of voor korte vakanties. De levensstijl van de mensen die op deze eilanden wonen is totaal anders dan die van de mensen in de stad. De Delta van Tigre is speciaal voor wie zich wil losmaken van de drukke en lawaaierige stad Buenos Aires.

Deze zogenaamde Fruit Port is een markt waar je een aantal producten ziet die de eilandbewoners verkopen.
We passeren Costanera Norte, waar u de Río de La Plata kunt zien, de breedste ter wereld.
Dit is de belangrijkste kathedraal in San Isidro en we zullen het bezoeken op weg naar Tigre
We passeren de Fishermen´s Club op weg naar de eilanden.

We learned so much about the river and the islands, the boat tour was great, Elisabet was so kind, she even took videos and photos for us, she took us to a great restaurant on one of the islands

An excursion away from the crowded city center at the tiger delta. A glimpse of a different way of life. Beautiful scenery and houses. According to the guide you should avoid it during the weekends.

First, Elisabet was always quick to respond to all of my emails prior to our arrival. She helped us plan our 2 days in BA. This tour was on our second day using her tour company. We had to disembark our cruise early in the morning yet our flight back home wasn’t until 10pm. Elisabet met us at the port and kept our luggage in the van all day. We had done a city tour the day before so we wanted to see something different on our second day. The Delta is extremely interesting and different! Elisabet shared her knowledge of different parts of the city than we had seen the previous day as we traveled to the Delta then once we arrived and were on the boat tour, she continued giving us even more history and stories than the guides on the boat. She brought us to a restaurant for a delicious lunch in a beautiful setting. All around a perfect way to spend a day before leaving for home. I would highly recommend Iconic Buenos Aires with Elisabet and/or Barbara.

After having done a Buenos Aires city tour with Barbara of Iconic Buenos Aires we did not know what to expect the next day on our Delta Excursion with her mother, Elizabet. Well it was another great day! The Delta region is unlike anything we had seen before; accessible only by boat and consisting of numerous small islands with unique homes on each. We had lunch at a terrific restaurant on one of these islands. As our cruise was over the tour ended with the driver delivering us to the airport. A very enjoyable way to end our vacation! Our thanks to Elizabet and her daughter Barbara - you should definitely consider Iconic Buenos Aires if you are travelling to Argentina.
