Je gids neemt je mee naar Qutub Complex, waar de Victory Tower, de hoogste bakstenen toren ter wereld, glorieus staat. . Het staat op de Werelderfgoedlijst van UNESCO, samen met omliggende gebouwen en monumenten. Je gaat door het hele complex lopen waarin je ook verschillende andere historische gebouwen zou ontdekken. Je gids zal live commentaar leveren als je er doorheen loopt.
India Gate is een gedenkteken voor 70.000 soldaten van het Britse Indiase leger die stierven in de periode 1914-1921 in de Eerste Wereldoorlog. De India Gate, hoewel een oorlogsmonument, roept de architecturale stijl op van de triomfboog zoals de Boog van Constantijn, buiten het Colosseum in Rome, en wordt vaak vergeleken met de Arc de Triomphe in Parijs. Het werd ontworpen door Sir Edwin Lutyens.
De Masjid e Jahan Numa, beter bekend als de Jama Masjid van Delhi, is een van de grootste moskeeën in India. Het werd gebouwd door de Mughal-keizer Shah Jahan tussen 1650 en 1656 voor een bedrag van een miljoen roepies, en werd ingehuldigd door Imam Syed Abdul Ghafoor Shah Bukhari uit Bukhara, het huidige Oezbekistan

Vlakbij ligt de 17e-eeuwse Jama Masjid, een enorme moskee van rood zandsteen met torenhoge minaretten.
Khari Baoli is een straat in Delhi, India, bekend om zijn groothandelswinkel en de grootste groothandelsmarkt van Azië die allerlei specerijen, noten, kruiden en voedingsproducten verkoopt, zoals rijst en thee.
Het Rode Fort is een historisch fort in de stad Delhi in India, dat diende als de hoofdresidentie van de Mughal-keizers. Elk jaar op de Onafhankelijkheidsdag van India, hijst de premier de Indiase "driekleurige vlag" bij de hoofdingang van het fort en geeft een nationaal uitgezonden toespraak van de wallen
Het graf van Humayun is het graf van de Mughal-keizer Humayun in Delhi, India. Het graf werd in opdracht van Humayun's eerste echtgenote en hoofdconsort, keizerin Bega Begum, in 1569-70, en ontworpen door Mirak Mirza Ghiyas en zijn zoon, Sayyid Muhammad, door haar gekozen Perzische architecten.

I initially booked a shopping day tour with a female guide via Get Your Guide . I was struggling to find a female to show me around Delhi . The host it transpired , was Tariq shamim from IndiaO who contacted me straight away to see if he could help me further . Tariq asked me what my interests are , and what I’d like to achieve during my 3 and half days in Delhi . I couldn’t have anticipated just how fabulous the bespoke tour he created would be . I couldn’t have asked for more ! History , culture, heritage , spirituality , people , photography . I experienced it all , and so much more thanks to the expertise of Farheen my lovely lady guide , and expert driver Adeel . I have had the best time in their kind , friendly company and can’t thank them enough for taking such good care of me and ensuring that I had the best possible ( flexible ) experiences during my stay . It will be all be etched in my memory forever ! I can 100% recommend Tariq ( IndiaO) , his communication was impeccable and prompt. Amazing tour and very recommended. Tariq is an excellent guide and has great knowledge about the history of India and Delhi as well. We have learnt a lot with this tour!
We had the Chandni Chowk walking tour with Tariq. Due to the excellent experience we directly book this tour and asked for some changes. We want to see some other parts of Delhi. It was phantastic again. Two highlights: Mehrauli Archaeological Park, Lodhi Art District. Tariq guided us with knowledge, humor and flexibiliy. We saw other parts of Delhi and we loved this. Old delhi was an amazing experience from the people, to the markets, to the spices, to the jewelry. The tour guide was energetic, informative, and encouraged us to try new experiences. He also could read our minds if we needed water or shade. Overall, I would completely recomend this tour It was so good, I used the team two days later.

We had an amazing day with Tariq exploring old Delhi and eating amazing food! Tariq has such a wealth of knowledge about Delhi and we learned so much! My favorite part was exploring the old Delhi market and eating all the amazing food. We are vegetarian and he brought us to all the amazing vegetarian spots. Best advice is to pace yourself with the food, so you can enjoy it all! I also really enjoyed the spice market and got some delicious spices! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone!
The tour of the temples with guide Aldeen was spectacular. His car was pristine and his knowledge of all of the sites was very in depth. We did two tours with this company whilst in Delhi and highly recommend them to all Aussies travelling to India
Wow! Spending the day with Tariq was amazing. He’s informed of course and has plenty of energy, but he felt like a friend before the end of the day. Navigating the temples, traffic and markets was smooth in the middle of chaos. Loved seeing him negotiate for us on the spot…including when some locals asked for my picture, and I said only for a fee! 😂 And one more thing — Tariq has great character. I loved the story of why he became a tour guide, and we respected him even more.
Tariq is a very kind and excelent tour guide! He helped me a lot with personal shopping, left me to visit the Bird´s Hospital and Temples! He is fantastic!
I did a one day tour with Tariq in October 2022. We visited a range of historic sites to the South of Delhi. Tariq was an extremely knowledgable guide, providing historical commentary of each site, and taking a load of photos of me...which was very nice as I was on my own! He tailored the tour, as there was a festival in the small streets of Old Delhi, so we couldn't go there, but the monuments visited were very interesting, and made more impressive by his excellent commentary. We did the tour in Tariq's nice clean, air conditioned car. The tour finished with him dropping me at the airport.
