Rode Fort Het werd gebouwd door Mughal-keizer Shah Jahan
Jama Masjid werd opgericht als Shahjahanabad door de Mughal-keizer Shah Jahan en heeft het Mughal-karakter tot nu toe in sommige vormen behouden. Jama Masjid is nauwkeurig met cijfers, de binnenplaats biedt plaats aan 25.000 mensen tegelijk en Eid-dagen.
Chandni Chowk het is de oudste markt van Delhi en heeft tal van voedingswinkels.

We had a great time touring New Delhi. We visited the Lotus Temple, the Gurudwara Bangladeshi Sahib Temple, the Surajkund International Craft Mela, and had a wonderful meal at a great restaurant. We traveled in a nice bus. Vijay is a great tour guide and is a lot of fun to be around. He took care of all our needs. His drivers were excellent. I highly recommend Vijay for your travel needs!

Freedom Journey provided us with a very comfortable air conditioned travel bus for a fun day touring Delhi. They set us up with tickets to a very large cultural festival that was in town at the time, took us to the Lotus Temple and a large Sikh Temple. We also went to a wonderful restaurant. It was a wonderful day experiencing different sites around Delhi.
