Leer hoe u 'sfoglia' (verse pasta) met de hand rolt en hoe u met uw Cesarina 2 eenvoudige verschillende soorten pasta vanaf nul bereidt. Als kers op de taart leer je ook de iconische Tiramisu bereiden. Deel je passie voor de Italiaanse keuken terwijl je nieuwe vrienden maakt in deze praktische kookles. I made pasta and had lunch with the very lovely Flora and Claudio, who were very hospitable and interesting hosts. As a solo guest I was made to feel welcome and thoroughly enjoyed making the food, as well as their company and beautiful home.
Excellent experience with the local people and their food. This was definitely a real cooking experience with tasty ingredients. Everything was to our liking and enjoyment, the pasta and the tiramisu were so delicious and fresh.
Elena was so hospitable and polite. She made us feel so welcome in her home. It was truly an amazing once in a lifetime experience!

Authentic and intimate experience of learning how to make traditional Italian pasta dishes and tiramisu from scratch. Our hosts and teachers, Claudio and Flora, could not have been more lovely or welcoming. A once in a lifetime experience. Absolutely incredible experience. Elena and her husband Silvia were so lovely and had so much knowledge about pasta and cooking in general. We made two different kinds of pasta and tiramisu in their beautiful home, then shared appetizers and wine around the table. Such genuine and kind people who made us laugh and smile the entire time. It was the highlight of our whole trip and I would definitely recommend.
