Vlieg over de 'gevaarlijkste weg van de wereld' op dit spannende mountainbikeavontuur! Vertrek vanaf een hooggelegen vlakte in de buurt van La Paz en volg deskundige gidsen bergafwaarts voor 64 mijl op een smalle, bochtige weg uitgehouwen in de zijkant van de ongelooflijke Andes. Neem onderweg pauze om het landschap te bewonderen dat verandert van de met sneeuw bedekte Andes naar de weelderige Amazone-jungle. Dit is een van de meest ongelooflijke ervaringen in Zuid-Amerika, en een die je wilt doen met het meest aanbevolen bedrijf in Bolivia, dat internationale veiligheidsnormen hanteert en een ongelooflijke service garandeert. Na het rij-avontuur kunt u ontspannen in La Senda Verde Ecotourism Resort, een dierenasiel, waar u zult genieten van de lunch en de geredde dieren in het wild zult observeren. Keer dezelfde dag terug naar La Paz of overnacht in La Senda Verde of in Coroico. Dit ga je de kleinkinderen vertellen, dus doe het goed!

We rijden naar de prachtige pas waar we onze top Kona full-suspension fietsen en veiligheidsuitrusting krijgen voordat we een gedetailleerde veiligheidstoespraak houden en naar beneden gaan!
De wereldberoemde Death Road! Zorg ervoor dat u het doet met een gerenommeerd bedrijf met een groot veiligheidsrecord. Er zijn geen veiligheidsnormen voor bestuurders, dus kies verstandig, want dit is een unieke rit!
De prachtige watervallen die we niet alleen zien maar er doorheen rijden! Hier hebben we een snack voordat we verder gaan!
De verbluffende schoonheid van de Andes wordt tentoongesteld als we vanaf 4800 meter naar beneden rijden.

I had a brilliant day with Gravity from start to finish. The included breakfast meeting point was good quality & a good way to start the tour to make sure we had energy. The bikes & equipment (most importantly) were great quality and I felt safe and well looked after at all times. They provide trousers, jacket, full head helmet, gloves & knee/elbow pads if you want them. They ensure they brought extra on the bus in case you had requested the wrong size. Before we began they fitted out the bikes for each of us to make sure they were comfortable and gave us all test rides to get familiar. We stopped at regular points along the route to check in and the team checked over our bikes at each point too. I always felt safe in their hands despite being on death road! At the regular stops they provided snacks, water & lunch all of which felt perfectly timed. There were toilet stops on route to which I wasn’t expecting! About 45 mins to the end you stop at a great viewpoint where you can choose to zipline for less than 100B or just cool with the view. Our final stop was the animal sanctuary where we were able to have hot showers and a delicious dinner before heading back on the bus. All in all I had a great day and I was happy I went with Gravity. Although more expensive than others, I was glad I chose them and don’t regret having paid that little bit extra. Original is best! Thanks team!

I’ve always wanted to do this tour and it was so fun
I had dreamed of doing this mountain biking course for years (I am 64 years old), and as soon as the opportunity presented itself, I did not hesitate and I do not regret it. I recommend Gravity for their professionalism and the seriousness of their supervision; the equipment is in very good condition, and no one starts until the mountain bikes are perfectly adjusted. This is something to do once in a lifetime, for those who love action, of course!
It was a great experience, dedicated guides, they covered everything so you feel safe and dont do anything stupid. My only observation was the trasnportation. The van was not in the best shape and we felt very unconfortable with no room to move or put our things so we have to put the backpacks on the lap. Other than that it was a memorale day, thank you Gravity!
We had an amazing experience on the Death Road tour in Bolivia. Damin and Ruben were absolutely fantastic guides – attentive, caring, motivating, and professional throughout the entire day. We always felt safe and well looked after, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about every participant. They took a huge number of great photos and videos, which was a wonderful bonus and helped us fully enjoy the experience without worrying about documenting it ourselves. The breaks were perfectly timed, giving us just the right amount of rest while keeping a great pace throughout the ride. Everything was exceptionally well organized from start to finish. All the equipment and support we needed were provided, and nothing was missing at any point. The guides adapted to our pace and needs, making the experience feel very personal rather than rushed or standardized. The animal sanctuary at the end was also a lovely surprise and a great way to finish the day. We highly recommend this tour to anyone considering mountain biking on Death Road. Excellent organization, outstanding guides, and an unforgettable experience.
