Onze lokale Gids laat u kennismaken met de rol van Turijn in de Italiaanse identiteit en het culinaire erfgoed gevormd door 800 jaar Savoyaards bestuur. De tour begint bij een historisch café waar u kunt genieten van Bicerin, een traditionele chocoladedrank die nog steeds geliefd is in 19e-eeuwse cafés. Terwijl u belangrijke bezienswaardigheden bezoekt, ontdekt u de geschiedenis van de stad. Vervolgens ga je verder naar een gezellige plek, waar je een les krijgt over fijne chocolade, met prachtige pure chocolade gemaakt van slechts 10% van 's werelds beste cacao, allemaal 100% biologisch en 'bean to bar'. Vervolgens proeft u traditionele chocolade zoals Gianduiotto en Cremino. Gianduiotto, gemaakt van fijngemalen hazelnoten en chocolade, heeft een rijke geschiedenis die teruggaat tot de 19e eeuw toen cacao schaars was. Daarna geniet u van een wijnproeverij met twee iconische Piemontese wijnen, gecombineerd met een biologisch vlees- en kaasplateau. Piazza Vittorio Veneto is een groot en historisch plein in het centrum van Turijn, omringd door barokke gebouwen, cafés en restaurants. Het wordt gedomineerd door de kerk van Gran Madre di Dio en biedt een levendige en levendige sfeer, vooral in de avond.

- Deze tour biedt ook vegetarische en lactosevrije alternatieven. Laat het uw lokale gids aan het begin van de tour weten. Het “menu” wordt voor u aangepast.
- Alleen volwassenen (18 jaar en ouder) mogen wijn en andere alcoholische dranken drinken. Minderjarige reizigers (jonger dan 18 jaar) krijgen alcoholvrije dranken geserveerd.
- Als u privéfeesten of vrijgezellenfeesten wilt boeken, kunt u dat doen door contact met ons op te nemen.
- Merk op dat een deel van deze ervaring zal worden gehouden als een workshop en de locatie zal zijn voorzien van airconditioning in de zomer.

Fabio was fabulous! He was knowledgeable and informative. He was engaging and all he wanted was to make sure we had the best experience possible. His wine and chocolate selections were amazing and top quality. He made us better understand the complexities of both. Our time with him was worth every penny and flew by. He was the perfect host and a must do if you’re in Turin!
We had our tasting with fabio. He was kind, open for questions and interessted in tailoring the tasting to us. Do inform him if you are vegitarie, so he can replace the meat with something fitting. He even suggested restaurants and spots to visit. 10/10

Loved the side trip to the very old pharmacy. Guide was terrific and I found the whole experience to be great. Both the wines and the chocolate were unexpected, and very exciting.

Nice relaxing walk through the plaza, followed by the chocolate and wine tasting. The guide was very knowledgeable and super pleasant about n his presentation. Definitely worth the price, both in $ and in time. And the white wine that was presented was really remarkable.

We had an amazing time with Fabio, our incredible guide! He’s studied at the Slow Food University, and knew all the finer points about chocolate tasting, wine tasting, and food pairings. We took this tour early on in our trip, and I am so glad we did! Not only did Fabio give us a wonderful tour, he also supplied us with fabulous restaurant recommendations. We tasted a nice selection of chocolate with my 11 yo son. We both were pleased. Extremely kind and professional host, who was at the same time friendly and funny. His selection was very good, especially the last part with the chocolates all over the world (which honestly I came for). My little one, in contrary, liked the Turin's selection more. Anyway, each one of us found his perfect bite over there. Thank you for the lovely experience!
