Onze Tigre Delta-dagtrip per boot vanuit Buenos Aires is een ideale tour voor diegenen die de Delta-regio, gevormd door de rivieren Parana en Uruguay, willen verkennen en de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden in het noorden van Groot-Buenos Aires willen bezoeken. Langs de Río de la Plata en verder naar Tigre, met onderweg een prachtig uitzicht op Buenos Aires. Geniet van een heerlijke lunch in een restaurant aan de oever van de rivier. Een wandeltocht door de Puerto de Frutos en de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden van Tigre. Een ritje op de Tren de la Costa door het meest exclusieve gebied in het noorden van Buenos Aires naar San Isidro. Tijdens deze excursie kunt u de lokale geschiedenis en gebruiken herbeleven.

Ontmoet je gids op de Terminal Fluvial de Sturla in Puerto Madero. Onze boot vaart om 10:00 uur.
We varen langs de Río de la Plata richting Tigre en krijgen onderweg een fantastisch uitzicht over Buenos Aires. Ideaal voor diegenen die de Delta en haar typische kenmerken van de regio die haar aantrekkelijk maken willen leren kennen, aangezien ze praktisch geïntegreerd is in het stedelijke gebied van een megapolis als Buenos Aires.
We komen bij de Delta del Río Paraná waar we tussen veel kleine eilandjes varen en je zult de unieke levensstijl hier zien, met zwevende taxi's, vlotten en zelfs winkeltjes die rondlopen.
We springen van de boot in Tigre en gaan genieten van een heerlijke lunch aan de kust van de rivier.
Lunch aan de oevers van de rivier: U kunt kiezen tussen: - Broodje Gegratineerde Borst of Broodje Geroosterde Groenten of Ratatouille - Mueslireep of seizoensfruit of pannenkoeken met banaan en dulce de leche - 1 niet-alcoholische drank 500cc (water, gearomatiseerd water of frisdrank)
Na de lunch beginnen we met de tour van Puerto de Frutos. Deze plaats was de oude haven voor de ontscheping van goederen uit de Delta en tegenwoordig is het een lokale toeristenplaats, elk weekend bezocht door mensen uit Buenos Aires, als recreatiegebied aan de rivier. U kunt de beurs bezoeken, foto's maken en souvenirs en handwerk kopen.
We gaan verder met een wandeltocht langs de Paseo Victorica, een uitzonderlijke plek die natuur, uitzicht op de rivier, gastronomie, roeiclubs en historische bezienswaardigheden en musea combineert. Onze gids geeft je de nodige kennis om het belang en de geschiedenis van elke attractie en de stad te begrijpen.
Aankomst op het Delta-station van de Tren de la Costa. We gaan aan boord van dit toeristentreintje dat aan de linkerkant langs de kust van de Rio de la Plata rijdt en aan de rechterkant de meest exclusieve gebieden met grote herenhuizen.
Om 15.30 uur Aankomst in San Isidro en rondleiding door Plaza Mitre en de kathedraal van San Isidro. Wandeltocht door de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden tot aankomst op station San Isidro. Onderweg heeft u tijd voor een kopje koffie met een snack of een ijsje.
Vanaf station San Isidro reis je met de trein naar de stad Buenos Aires.
De tour eindigt bij het monument van de bevrijder José de San Martín, tegenover het treinstation van Retiro.

- Van 10/01/2026 tot 02/28/2026 rijdt de Tigre Train niet, dus nemen we een openbare bus om terug te keren naar de stad Buenos Aires.

We were lucky that we were the only ones on Natalia's tour that day and so she was able to be a bit flexible in missing out places we'd been to before and spend more time elsewhere. The boat and train rides is a good combination

Guía turístico muy amable y con mucho conocimiento. Ella hablan inglés bien - muy útil ya que nuestro español es mal. Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. She speaks English well, which is helpful since we don’t speak much Spanish. We got to see a lot of very interesting buildings and areas in a short time, which would have taken a long time to research and organize on our own. Highly recommended! Altamente recomendada!

Inadequate communication by tour company regarding meeting time and location of the end point of the tour resulting in inconvenience and additional cost. The boat ride through the delta was very interesting as well as relaxing. The other activities in this tour represented the area. Our tour guide was pleasant and helpful. However, I would not necessarily recommend this tour company. We were told to report at 9:15 AM and our tour guide was told to report at 9:45 AM at the meeting point. This was very inconvenient as we got up early to taxi to the meeting point from our hotel and we were left without guidance for over 30 minutes. At the end of the tour, we were left over 12 miles from the designated end point. Rather than ending the tour at the designated point, within walking distance from our hotel, we were forced to take a taxi at our own expense for a 14.6 mile trip across Buenos Aires. Our tour guide kindly assisted in securing a taxi for a fair rate, but it was an expense we had not anticipated. The change in the end point resulted from construction work and inability of the train to access this specific area. However, the tour company should have been aware of the issue since it was an ongoing project over a considerable time frame. The tour company should have notified us of the change in final destination, the additional distance that had to be traveled at our own expense — or provided alternative transport to the designated ending point.

They canceled 1/2 hour before the trip. No reason given. I booked 6 months ago. Not happy. It was confirmed the night before

Nice and interesting tour. Brenda, our tour guide, was fantastic. Very friendly, knowledgeable and we learn a lot about the places visited and Argentinian culture in general. Lunch was delicious, ferry and train rides were both good and easy to take.
