・Heilige Ring : Stap in het spirituele huis van Ryogoku. ・Live Demonstratie : Wees getuige van ruwe kracht. Hoor daverende botsingen tussen lichamen en leer de diepe betekenissen achter zoutgooirituelen en de shiko-beenstompen die boze geesten afweren. ・De uitdaging: Stap op de klei dohyo! Probeer traditioneel voetenwerk of trotseer een gewatteerd pak om met een reus te worstelen. Het is een veilige, hilarische manier om hun immense kracht uit de eerste hand te voelen. ・Fotosessie : Leg de perfecte herinnering vast. Sta zij aan zij met de worstelaars om hun enorme omvang te waarderen en deze unieke ontmoeting te vereeuwigen voordat je naar de lunch gaat. ・Chanko Nabe Lunch (60m): Geniet van het "zielvoedsel" dat Sumo-lichamen bouwt. Geniet van een eiwitrijke hotpot met verse ingrediënten. Veganistische en allergievriendelijke opties zorgen ervoor dat iedereen onbezorgd eet. Eventuele dieetwensen moeten echter minimaal 48 uur voor aanvang van de cursus worden ingediend. [Opmerking] Inclusief de sumoshow, kostuumervaring en een volledige Chanko Nabe lunchset.

Ervaar de nationale sport van Japan met een twee uur durende Family Sumo Workshop in Ryogoku - het hart van sumo. Dit hands-on evenement wordt gehouden in een restaurant met een sumo-thema met een echte kleiring en laat volwassenen en kinderen samen trainen, spelen en leren. Een tweetalige MC introduceert sumo’s rituelen, gevolgd door twee voormalige worstelaars die shiko (beenstompen), teppen (duwoefeningen) en suriashi (glijdend voetenwerk) demonstreren. Doe mee in de ring of kijk en maak foto's. Ouders kunnen meedoen of observeren. Geniet vervolgens van een live wedstrijd tussen profs. In de laatste uitdaging trekt een vrijwilliger een gewatteerd pak aan en probeert een worstelaar van 160 kg te duwen – plezier gegarandeerd! Tank bij met een mini chanko hotpot, een eiwitrijke stoofpot geliefd bij worstelaars. Veganistische, vegetarische en allergievriendelijke opties beschikbaar met 24 uur van tevoren. Frisdrank inbegrepen. Sluit af met fototijd - NO extra kosten. Alle leeftijden welkom. NO ervaring nodig - kom gewoon en veel plezier!

Great show to get to know something about the sport sumo. Also good and enjoyable for kids. The lunch was good and for us more then enough!

Time what we spend here was amazing ! We really recommend this place. The girl who ran it was amsome with Gentelmen's Sumo was on top level. They gave us plenty of leeway in the fight, because without it, no one would have managed 😉We got to know the stories of these players 🙂 On the end we sitting together to try lunch. We went with our five kids ages 2 up to 17 and we all really enjoyed the show. The funniest part was when the sumo suit costume fell off at the front revealing a little package. The kids laughed so hard. The sumo wrestlers really made it fun and enjoyable. Very highly recommended experience for families. The food after wards was so yummy!
