Ga met Sam, uw gids, mee op onze zoektocht naar de ultieme spirit. Onze bar is uitsluitend gevuld met single cask, single malt whisk(e)y van de beste bottelaars ter wereld. We zijn op zoek naar ontdekkingsreizigers en nieuwsgierigen die het buitengewone willen ontdekken. U hoeft niet in de drankenindustrie te werken, uit kristallen decanteerflessen te drinken of een verloren distilleerderij te hebben ontdekt. Terwijl plezier zoeken ons voortdurend inspireert om te verkennen, streven we ernaar om authentieke intelligentie te ontdekken, zodat we in onze onderneming kunnen slagen.

Sam was a great host, interesting and very knowledgeable. We tasted 5 excellent whiskies and had an excellent evening. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience! There were 3 of us on a Friday evening. The tasting room is just upstairs and so lovely. Sam is so friendly and amazingly knowledgeable. Ok, he's worked in the industry for a long time, but his knowledge of the history, local and international, all with local Irish and NI nuance is on a par with his knowledge of whiskeys. We really felt the experience was tailored to us. I cant recommend this enough

For anybody who cares about their whiskey, this place is a must. Sam was so knowledgeable and the hands-on, personal experience was fantastic. Not to mention the whiskey was first-class. A hidden gem not to be missed!
