** ZORG DAT JE 30 MINUTEN VOOR VERTREKTIJD AANKOMT** Iedereen aan boord van The Q Train: een ontroerend culinair avontuur waar erfgoedcharme, lokale smaken en onvergetelijke momenten samenkomen op The Bellarine. The Q Train is een bekroond spoorwegrestaurant dat langs de historische Bellarine Railway tussen Drysdale en Queenscliff rijdt. We nodigen de lokale bevolking en bezoekers uit om aan boord van onze gerestaureerde koetsen te komen en te genieten van een culinaire reis door het Bellarine schiereiland. Q Class gasten zitten in onze sociale eetrijtuigen op tafels voor 2, 4 en 6. Vijf gangen lokale producten worden geserveerd vanuit het comfort van onze gerenoveerde eetwagens, waardoor elke klant een heerlijke treinreis en een uniek uitzicht op Swan Bay en de Bellarine krijgt. Drankjes zijn te koop. Dineer, ontspan en laat het landschap voorbij rollen.

De Q-trein is een restaurant dat langs de historische Bellarine-spoorlijn tussen Drysdale en Queenscliff rijdt. De trein vertrekt meestal van en keert terug naar Drysdale Station, op slechts 15 minuten rijden van Geelong. Op bepaalde diensten vertrekt De Q-trein echter van en keert terug naar het Queenscliff-treinstation. Nooit eerder heeft Australië een erfenis spoorlijn gezien die wordt gebruikt voor het presenteren van lokale gerechten, wijn, bier en cider. We nodigen zowel inwoners als bezoekers uit om aan boord te komen van onze gerestaureerde rijtuigen en genieten van een gastronomische reis in tegenstelling tot al het andere dat je hebt meegemaakt. We serveren lokale producten op elke reis vanuit het comfort van onze gerenoveerde restauratiewagens; elke klant een heerlijke treinreis en een uniek uitzicht op Swan Bay en de Bellarine. Wijn en dineren in stijl met The Q Train.

Excellent way to spend a cheeky lunch time and afternoon. Amazing food, and if you dont like a dish you can tell them in advance or on the day, and they will attempt to cater your needs. Damon was amazing also. Great wine recommendations.
Food is wonderful and so is the service. This is the second time we've been on the Q Train. Done 1st class and the dining room, both great.
Pretty lovely half day experience, vibes great, food okay, staff exceptional, but for one ill-tempered person. Nevertheless, we enjoyed it!

Everybody should board the Q Train. What an enjoyable, relaxing, pampered ride with wonderful, attentive staff who catered for your every need. The food and drinks were amazing, plentiful and all local. A great way to spend an afternoon.

Prior to borading we had a complmentary drink of our choice at Drysden Station. On the train we had a 5 course meal which was delicious. Drink prices are very reasonable onboard. The views are not spectacular but the experience excellent. There was a small technical issue during the trip where we lost power. It was on that stinking hot day of 40 degrees plus which did make it a bit uncomfortable but was rectified reasonably quickly.

Train moves slowly and stops a couple of times to stretch legs. Staff were friendly and helpful, food was lovely and well prepared and presented.
The Q train was an amazing experience, tantalising the taste buds along with an introduction to the inspiration of the dish, so you weren’t just eating the food, you were indulging in the wholeness of the experience and the wonderful local produce. The atmosphere and the service was impeccable, including the beautiful landscape of the journey to Queenscliff and return. Highly recommend it be put on everyone’s bucket list 🥰
