Ik hou ervan om mijn dag in een open ruimte met frisse lucht en goede vibes te beginnen, om nog te zwijgen van het adembenemende uitzicht op de skyline van Nairobi. Souvenirshoppen op de Maasai-markt is een must in Nairobi. We duiken in wat Kenia te bieden heeft in de mode-, interieur- en kunstscènes en genieten van lokale gerechten op een van mijn favoriete plekken.

We zullen genieten van de tijdloze schoonheid van de skyline van Nairobi, in vogelvlucht en op het land. We ontmoeten elkaar in de oudste wolkenkrabber van Kenia en maken een wandeling in het CBD door het stadhuis, het mausoleum van Jomo Kenyatta en verschillende gebouwen van het Parlement. We komen uit bij Uhuru Park, waar we kunnen genieten van een ontspannende peddelboottocht. Een ijsje traktatie kan ons goed doen!
Souvenirshoppen op de beroemde Maasai-markt voor Afrikaanse stoffen, woonaccessoires, statement-sieraden, prachtig kunstwerk, speksteen, kalksteen, leren sandalen en kleding van Keniaans merk, inclusief onze sport-truien. Het hebben van een Swahili sprekende local met meer dan 20 jaar ervaring in onderhandelen is absoluut een pluspunt;)

No one should book a tour with this operator! They are con artists, I arrived to my tour pickup location and the guide was a complete no show! This company needs to be removed from Viator!

I do not know what happened. I showed up at 1400 in front of KICC, as agreed and guard told me it is closed. Tried to call tour guide and text them but noone ever answered the phone provided. Therefore I never did any tour.

It was the best idea to book this tour for my last day in Nairobi! The perfect way to end such a glorious time in the most beautiful country in Africa. Raisa ensured that I felt at home and was very patient with all my extra requests. Being vegetarian and in Africa - I wasn't expecting much but Raisa made sure I had the tastiest meal since I landed in Kenya. The souvenirs purchased at the Maasai Market are my children's favourite and I'm so grateful Raisa was there to help negotiate the best prices for me. Had a fantastic time with the tour guide & visited different places in nairobi. Was loads of fun. Had some local cuisine and also toured the city at large and later settled for a chilled night in some pretty good restaurants. Would definitely recommend for a friend's and families alike.
