In het hart van Wenen, op de exacte plek waar Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart in 1791 stierf en enkele van zijn belangrijkste werken componeerde, zoals "Die Zauberflöte" en "Requiem", wacht u een uniek multimediaproject over Mozart. MYTHOS MOZART is geen traditioneel museum, maar combineert Mozarts muziek met technologie, kunst en lichtinstallaties om een meeslepende ervaring te creëren. Een gratis audio- en tekstgids in 6 talen (Duits, Engels, Italiaans, Frans, Spaans, Chinese) biedt extra inzicht in Mozarts genie en de vijf kunstenaars die de vijf kamers op unieke wijze hebben ontworpen. MYTHOS MOZART biedt daarmee een unieke kans om Mozarts werk vanuit een nieuw perspectief te bekijken. There is potential and seems like there has been investment but it really missed the mark. Music was chopped up so you never got to sink into the beauty of it. The "interactive" sections were really weak. The "hour" was 45 minutes. Overall big rip off. Might have been worth 8-10 euros but definitely not 23.

Mythos Mozart is a great experience, we loved it. It is 5 rooms to discover a bit of Mozart´s life and his music. We went with my parents and our teenagers kids. I really recommend it when visiting Vienna, or if you live in Vienna, like us !

We loved this! It's such a nice, unusual experience - the immersion is absolutely amazing. I tend to lose interest when visiting museums, but here I couldn't wait for the next room. What makes it so special are the light & sounds effects; this may be overwhelming if you have sensory sensitivities. It wasn't crowded at all, and took us 45 min. The staff was helpful and professional. The location is a bit hidden, but google maps was clear. This is a must-visit and I do absolutely recommend it!

The show at Mythos Mozart in Vienna was technically first-class – perfectly realized with a great sound that immediately relaxes and immerses you in the atmosphere. The show is entertaining, interesting and beautifully staged. Sure, it’s not about learning new facts about Mozart, it’s about an illusory, immersive experience – and it really succeeded! Those who get involved and simply enjoy the show will be thrilled. Absolute tip: With the Vienna City Card you save a lot of money – so it’s worth it twice as much! Conclusion: An eventful highlight in Vienna – highly recommended! 🎶✨

It was the worse attraction I have visited in Austria. I DO NOT recommended. It had nothing to do with Mozart. It was all about the useless technology AI and its FRANTIC PUSH. It is a brain wash for the masses to romanticizing AI. Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart with his several tittles (Knight of the Order of the Golden Spur, Concertmaster, Court Organist, Imperial and Royal Chamber Compose, Honorary Member of Academies) is probably rolling in his own grave. I had the eerie feeling I was under surveillance.

It was a nice change in our sightseeing schedule of Vienna. Such exhibitions are an added value for the children, as the children are not loaded with much information and yet learn something. The mood of the era can be felt and imagined more.
