We entered "boat tour Mallorca" into the search bar, and this advertisement was then shown to us. Accordingly, we thought that the SUP tour and snorkeling were included, and the description in the plural, "the most beautiful bays and beaches," also suggested to us that we would be doing a tour around the area. The shuttle pickup worked well. Once we arrived, we were at a beach and asked where the boat was. Another family also assumed it was a boat tour. We were informed of the reality and were surprised how it is possible for two separate groups to misunderstand this offer so much. The photos with the GoPro and the guided SUP tour also did not take place. We had to fend for ourselves and drive around on our own. Furthermore, we were only at one beach the entire time. In the end, we should have read more carefully what we were booking, but when we wrote to customer service and explained our concerns—for example, why the price is so high—the messages were eventually just read and we received no further response, which disappointed us greatly.

This is a must do! It is a great experience and a lot of fun was had. We attended the evening tour and were given clear instructions prior to the pick up on what was required and what the excursion involved. The pick up was within walking distance of our hotel and our guide Felipe was extremely warm and friendly from start to finish and such a professional who clearly takes his job with a lot of pride. To the point where at both locations he took great pride in asking my partner “ how do you like my office!” The first stop was at a gorgeous private beach that had stunning views. We were all provided with the equipment and given clear instructions on how to use them. Given that this was our first time snorkelling and paddle boarding, we felt we were in good hands. We were then taken to a second spot where we got to watch the sunset which was stunning and just the perfect ending to the tour. My family and I had so much fun and this was a great memorable Mallorcan experience, we have now made great memories all thanks to Felipe and the company! We have since recommended it to other tourists in our hotel complex and labelled it as a must do while on the island.

Myself and my fiancee originally booked this tour as it was advertised as atleast a portion taking place on a boat. We were supposed to snorkle and paddleboard as well. We ended up spending a total of nearly 3 hours in a van driving, and a total of 3 hours at 2 different beaches. The beaches were fine, but nothing we couldn't have driven to ourselves. We additionally did not even get offered the chance to snorkel or paddleboard at the 2nd beach. 5/8 of our tour group all spoke to each other and confirmed that we expected to get some time on a boat that day, which is the only thing that possibly could have justified the price of $170 USD per person. I have had great experience on Viator until this tour, but lightly feel as though we were tricked/scammed on the listing versus what the final result of the day was.

One of the best excursions we’ve ever done. We had Theo as our guide, and he was absolutely fantastic. He took us away from the busy tourist spots to a beautiful beach that felt like a hidden gem. The day had everything we were hoping for. We snorkeled in crystal-clear water, explored sea caves, and even did some cliff jumping. Theo provided everything we needed, including snorkeling masks and beach umbrellas, so the whole experience was completely stress-free. Theo was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt safe while still having an amazing adventure. It felt much more like spending the day with a local friend than being on a typical tour. If you’re visiting Mallorca and want to experience somewhere off the beaten track instead of the crowded tourist beaches, I can’t recommend this tour enough. Wow! Excellent day exploring a few hidden beaches and swimming! The scenery was outstanding! The real highlight of the day was our amazing guide Felipe! He was so friendly and helpful! He went above and beyond to make sure our whole group had the experience we dreamed about! This was a perfect day. Highly recommended.

This was easily the most beautiful beach day of my life. The water was crystal clear and warm. Santiago was a spectacular guide, helping with paddle boards, carrying the cooler, transporting us from cove to cove, and guiding us to remote spots we would have never been able to do on our own. This was a fantastic day!

Our tour host Felipe was lovely and looked after us well. We had a great time snorkelling and tried paddle boarding for the first time. Thank you for such a fun time.
