De meest luxueuze dagcruise in Lan Ha Bay & Cat Ba Island

Great day on the boat. Food was great and the service excellent. Billy the tour guide was very good. It is a long day for the day trip but don't let that put you off if coming from Hanoi. Well worth it!!!

This tour was excellent. The transfer from Hanoi to Cat Ba was very smooth and well communicated. The boat looked brand new and we loved the food and activities. The boat sailed around some amazing scenery. Binh (Billy) was an excellent tour guide, very friendly and knowledgeable.

Great experience, many different activities, something for everyone, old and young. The area around Cat Ba island was amazing. Our guide Charlie looked after us so well.

The tour guide Tony, was funny, charming, and well organized. He always ensured everyone's safety checks when we were all back on the bus and reminded us not to leave anything behind. They confirmed our reservation the night before. All transportation is good, and the main cruise is as good as the price you paid for. Lunch and slack are good, however, it will be better to provide more varieties for people who do not eat seafood. All activities are well organized. I was happy to go to Cat Ba Island and Lan Ho Bay instead of going to the overcrowded and popular Huanglong Bay. After spending a few days in busy Hanoi, we were seeking quietness and relaxation. It was a perfect choice, it was just as beautiful as Huanglong Bay, quiet, and peaceful. We didn't see many cruises along our way. I highly recommend going to Cat Ba Island & Lan Ha Bay.

10/10 super amazing experience. Beyond you can ask for. Extremely well organized and our guide Binh was super knowledgeable and enthusiastic in showing us around and sharing his knowledge! Got some amazing surprises like cable car ride and serene view! Must go if you travel to Hanoi

The pick up was floorless, Mr driver Binh 2 was excellent, the bus comfortable & smooth. Our guide Binh 1 ( Billy ) is helpful & knowledgeable ,he taught us some Vietnamese. The food was delicious, the facilities on the boat were good. All boat staff (serenity cruise) was polite & helpful. They do have towels for swimming. We loved the kayaking and biking. Both were not hard and the scenery fantastic. Great cruise for being alone as not many cruise boats around this area, very quiet Ahhh the serenity 🩵 Just an FYI there are a couple of transfers of boats & bus' to get to Cat Ba island & boat aged from photos but still nice and comfortable.But no drama as it's all part of the experience. This was such a great trip. It had an early start - it was well worth it. Binh/Billy the co-ordinator provided excellent commentary. Once we had collected all the guests we travelled for about 90 minutes before stopping for a toilet break and refreshments (own expense). After a further 30 minute ride in the very comfortable air conditioned coach, we were given a surprise transfer to Cat Ba island by cable car. Usually the transfer is by boat. Another coach drove us to where the boat was. We had a decent size hot lunch while going around the coast. We then did a electric car tour to the local village where you could have your feet cleaned by hundreds of little fish. It was optional to cycle around the village. We then took the electric car back to the boat and travelled around the rocky outcrops before stopping for guests to try kayaking around the bay. We then packed up and moved on a bit further before stopping for guests to jump off the boat/slide into the water for a swim. After that we had 'afternoon tea' on board and cruised back to the bus. We then made our way to a small boat to transfer back to the mainland. The coach then drove us for about 90 minutes before we stopped for refreshments (own cost) and a toilet break. After about another 30-40 minutes we were delivered back to our starting point. We are in the age group 59-62. The whole day was really well organised. The scenery is lovely on the cruise and we only saw about 7 other cruise boats. It's not crowded like Halong Bay which I believe has several hundred. The scenery appears to be similar. We got back to our hotel about 9pm

Trip was excellent. The programme was diverse (biking on Cat Ba countryside, kayaking & swimming in Lan Ha Bay). Also very friendly staff. Would recommend!

Well organised tour. Felt very relaxed and safe. Food on the Serenity Cruise boat was excellent. Would recommend this tour.

Absolutely amazing trip, highly recommend you opting for this one above the crowded Halong Bay trip. You will not regret, take my word for it!
