Mijn passie voor koken en de recepten van mijn familie zijn in de loop der tijd verbeterd in de beste Italiaanse en internationale kookscholen. Grootmoeder Bruna en haar kleinkinderen bezochten Paul Bocuse's 3-sterren school in Ecully, maar onze beste leraren in onze familie waren onze grootmoeders. Ik zal mijn huis voor u openen in een elegant gebouw in het centrum van Milaan gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de metro vanuit elke hoek van MilaanU zult drie onvergetelijke uren doorbrengen, omringd door een familie privé kunstgalerie, in een zeer elegant huis, eet u de Italiaanse klassiekers die u hebt bereid : pasta ravioli en gelato en u wordt ook getoond hoe u tiramisu maakt. We spreken 10 andere talen, maar alleen op aanvraag & privé (minimaal 10 studenten) of slechts een paar woorden worden uitgelegd tijdens de Engelse les.

The cooking class was very authentic and super pleasant.

Yesterday I had a lovely time doing the three hour course with our instructor Mario. He was a very good teacher to the group and was incredibly kind and generous to us all. The three hours flew by and I am very keen to do another class with Mario when I am next in Milan. I would 100% recommend this class to anybody who wants to learn how to make authentic pasta and meet some lovely people.
It was a fun evening learning to make pasta and gelatto. Ms. Laura did a great job keeping everyone engaged and keeping us on a schedule, which was impressive. She shared many secrets of Italy to debunk myths we may have learned. The food was good, the connection with other families was fun and it was a harmonious night of fun.
What a great time!! We all loved the cooking class! It was our first time to book a cooking class and we were so glad we did!
I did this on my own which was perfect, you do not need a partner. The instructions are so easy to folly so I can’t wait to repeat them when I’m back home. Come hungry and you will not regret it!

A great event if you're looking for something to do with friends for a special occasion. Katharina was a brilliant host and made the class really enjoyable with her sense of humour. The pasta was delicious, but relatively simple.
Absolutely excellent. He made it super fun. There was so much food. I would come back just for the experience!!!
