- Vluchten kunnen ter plaatse worden geannuleerd vanwege plotselinge windveranderingen
- Ervaring is exclusief vervoer van/naar hotel. Alleen.van ontmoetingspunt naar de oprit
- We vergoeden klanten niet voor transportkosten in het geval vluchten worden geannuleerd bij de oprit of bij aankomst als gevolg van plotselinge windveranderingen.
- Klanten moeten minstens een uur wachten in de rij boven de oprit, voordat ze besluiten de vlucht te annuleren en toch in aanmerking komen voor restituties

Flavio was such a wonderful instructor! He made me feel very at ease and explained his 30+ years of paragliding as well as how he is a teacher for others. He was calm, gave great instruction, and made me feel very comfortable understanding what was expected. The videos came out great!!! Easy to book and great instruction as well. Thank you!!!
What a wonderful experience it was dealing with Rick. Despite my flight being cancelled due to a lack of wind, Rick provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. He saw to it that I received a refund, even when I didn't think I would. When he called to explain the situation, I was amazed by the passion in his voice and his dedication to seeking "justice" for me. It is truly impressive to see someone with such a deep commitment to their job; it felt like he would go to the ends of the earth to make things right. Rick is truly one of a kind. Thank you, Rick, for all your support and passion!
Lie to you about canceling due to unforseen circumstances. Kept on blaming each other. Viator and vendor
THis is unbelievable. We cancel the flight due to poor weather, as there is nothing we can do, then we send the refund to the client and we get a 1 star review? We have nothing to say about this, very sad that the client wishes to harm our reputation due to a problem not caused by us and that we cannot fix. Very sad

The pilots, Andreia and Flavio, were excellent and the flight was thrilling. Awesome video. Get the 360 version. Conditions were optimal. Were flew during the busy Carnival season, but they still need some help in preflight preparation at the meeting spot. Nicole did not answer our calls. We arrived :30 early and wandered aimlessly asking all the tables if our flight was with them - there are no clues, directions, signs, or insights as to who we were flying. Finally someone came around asking a number of people if they were me. We flew 2.5 hrs after our scheduled time. All in all, we would do it again - you just nees to be patient.
