Dagtrip van Florence naar Rome met tickets voor Pamphilij en pantheon

Our supposed to be host at Florence, did not show up, all she/he did was gave us our tickets and gave us instructions on what train to ride ( not so precise and very confusing we almost missed our train). All they did was getting you the tickets and you will be on your own. I don't recommend this tour, I gave them 0 star!!!!

Our guide was very good, she really knew her stuff and we got to see al lot. Pick up point was easy and tour was well done, I would suggest it for friends and clients.

Tour guide cancelled less than 24 hours before tour. They never notified Viator of cancellation. Was very stressful as we were looking forward to going to Rome. Had to chat and call Viator a few times to get refund back before booking new tour. I think this tour is a scam and Viator should not use them. Ended up going on our own.

I paid for a Day Trip to Rome from Florence with a GUIDED Tour of the Vatican Museums with my Wife, 13-year-old Son and 17-year-old Daughter. We were scheduled to take a train from Florence into Rome to meet up with our guide at the station who would take us to the office to pick up our tickets and start our tour at 9:50am. However, as we were pulling into the train station in Rome, we got a text that our guide had a family emergency and that our tour was cancelled. They offered us a new time slot of 1:00pm but that it would be ticket entry only and we would not get a guide just headsets only and that they would not provide us with a discount of the $870 I had already pre-paid even though we were delayed by 3 hours and that our tour would not be with a Personal Guide. The only other option we were provided was if we wanted to get what we paid for which was Personal Guide, then we would have to wait until 5:30. We elected to take the 1:00 option non guided slot even though they would not offer a discount. We could not visit any other sights because the line to wait for tickets meant we might be late for our 1:00 slot after we made the walk there. So, we just walked about and checked out the city. We showed up at their office at 1:00 pm sharp. We were told that someone would escort us to the entry point and get our headsets in about 10 minutes. Again, I had a conversation with the manager about providing me with a discount since we were not only delayed but not getting a personal guide as paid for. We ended up waiting almost an hour as we said he would make some calls. Good news he finally says and that he could get us into another personal guided tour, but we would have to wait until 2:30 but that we would have a guide but that would be longer tour than what we were originally paid for so we would need to pay another 80 euros if we wanted to go. At this point we wasted 4 and half hours so after I gave him another ear full and he finally agreed to only charge us 40 euros instead. Woo hoo over 4 hours wasted and it cost me more money! We were finally taken to a spot near the entrance we would go in and proceeded to wait another 30 mins for the guide to show up. We did not end up entering Vatican Museums until after 3:00 pm! At this point we have wasted over 5 hours of our only day in Rome. We were planning to visit other sights but ended up not having time before our train was scheduled to leave at 5:40. We made a mad dash to the train station after our tour only to find out that the train was delayed for another hour! The train delay of course was not their fault, but it did not help with the frustration of the day! It turned out that I paid for a 2 hour tour that ended up taking over 8 hours! Our Tour Guide was amazing and saw so many wonderful pieces of history. I just wish we were able to have seen more! Please find another company to get your tours from. Unless you like ZERO customer service then this is your place! Shane M. from Oregon, USA.

We had an absolutely amazing experience on our tour from Florence to Rome and Vatican City! Our wonderful host, Neel, met us right at the Santa Maria Novello train station and made sure we were comfortably settled on the fast-speed train to Rome — which, by the way, was such a fun experience in itself! When we arrived in Rome, we were greeted by Usama, who was incredible — so kind, informative, and attentive. He ensured we felt safe, and personally escorted us to the Vatican, where we met our English-speaking guide for the tour. After the tour, we were able to contact Usama again, and he promptly helped us arrange a taxi back to the Rome train station — such great service from start to finish! We had a truly wonderful time and can’t recommend this tour highly enough. Everything was smooth, well-organized, and stress-free — the perfect way to experience the Vatican from Florence in one day!

We had an amazing time exploring Florence on this half-day walking tour ! Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and brought the city's rich history and art to life. In just a few hours, we covered all the major landmarks – the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, and others without feeling rushed. It was the perfect introduction to the city. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Florence !

Pino was so sweet. He did not know the language but used his translation app to keep us in the loop. He was very smiley and accommodating.
