We vertrekken vanuit Lissabon richting Ponta da Piedade in Lagos, een prachtige hoek van de Algarve die beroemd is om zijn indrukwekkende gouden kliffen die boven de diepblauwe zee uitsteken. Gevormd door de krachten van wind en water, hebben deze natuurlijke formaties prachtige bogen, grotten en grotten gecreëerd.
De volgende stop is de stad Lagos, bekend als een van de belangrijkste vertrekpunten voor ontdekkingsreizen tijdens het Portugese tijdperk van ontdekkingen. Na een rondleiding om de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden te verkennen, is er een gelegenheid om de lokale keuken te proeven (eigen kosten). We zullen terugkeren naar Lissabon na een dag vol dromerige landschappen.

This tour was a wonderful way to end my vacation. Pedro was a great tour guide. He provided lots of fun facts, which made the walking tour part of it, really interesting. I think it was impressive that throughout the trip, Pedro communicated in English, Spanish and Portuguese, to accommodate everyone on the tour. He took us to beautiful bluffs and look out points, where the panoramic views were just stunning! The towns of Lagos and Albufeira were great to walk around and take in the seaside villages and culture. I just loved this tour! And despite the long ride, it was totally worth it to get a taste of the Algarve, which I will definitely love to see again in the future.
