- Personen per vlucht: De helikopter biedt plaats aan 3 passagiers per keer, dus als u een gezelschap van 4 personen of meer hebt, moeten we deze verdelen over twee of meer vluchten.
- Kinderen tot 2 jaar oud (minder dan 14 kg) moeten op schoot zitten en vliegen gratis.
- Beleid voor verzetten/annuleren: De aanvraag voor een volledige terugbetaling of nieuwe afspraak moet ten minste 24 uur voor de begindatum van de ervaring worden gedaan. Hierna wordt er geen restitutie meer verleend. Wel zijn alle vluchttijden bij benadering en kunnen deze worden gewijzigd afhankelijk van weersomstandigheden en gewichtsbeperkingen. Bij annulering vanwege slecht weer (zware regen, dichte lage bewolking, bliksem of extreme wind), krijgt u een andere datum of een volledige terugbetaling aangeboden.
- Als u niet komt en uw afspraak niet hebt afgezegd, wordt uw tour geannuleerd zonder restitutie.
- Aankomsttijd: passagiers moeten 10 minuten voor hun geplande vertrek aanwezig zijn.
- We hebben de passagiers-ID's van alle volwassenen nodig.
- Het is een privéhelikoptervlucht! U deelt de helikopter niet met andere tourpassagiers. Elke stoel is een plaats aan het raam tijdens deze spannende helikoptertour!
- Self-stick aan boord niet toegestaan
- Als u symptomen van koorts of hoest heeft, kunt u niet vliegen. Je moet een masker dragen tijdens de tour.

I called ahead of my reservation to ask what the weight policy was. Viator gave me the wrong weight limit for my 2 grown sons and myself, so when we arrived only my son's could go. The helicopter people told me that I would be able to get a refund, but as I'm looking thru this app, I'm not allowed to receive a refund. This is a rip off app. Would not use the app again.
Franki, Hi there, I have looked at your reservation. I see that your son's flew and you did not. We will definitely refund your unused ticket. Our weight restrictions are stated on our website and our Viator site. I am sorry you felt like it wasnt clear enough. We also sent you a text on the Saturday prior to your flight that explained the weight restriction and even gave you a picture to show. We have the read receipts showing you read it. So again, while we know this was disappointing to you(also because we love and prefer to fly all our customers), the terms were clear and reiterated . We will refund the one seat no problem.

My husband and I were in Orlando celebrating our anniversary. We decided to go for a helicopter tour. This was both of our first time ever on a helicopter. Quinton was our pilot and he made it very enjoyable and fun. He has a great sense of humor and answered our questions very well. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone who has never been on helicopter. The views from the sky were incredible and it also started to rain which made it even more amazing .
