Para empezar el día visitamos una destilería artesanal donde conocerás el proceso tradicional de elaboración del tequila y disfrutarás una cata guiada de 6 tequilas premium y un mezcal. De aqui vamos a comer en un restaurante dentro de una hacienda bellisima (Bebida, propina y comida no incluida), seguiremos explorando el Pueblo Mágico de Tequila, con tiempo libre para que puedas recorrer sus calles y atractivos. Ontdek de schoonheid en kunstzinnigheid van het maken van tequila bij Cava de Oro! Onze deskundige gids neemt je mee op reis door het proces van het maken van Tequila, van het planten van de agave tot het bottelen van het eindproduct. Terwijl je de prachtige distilleerderij verkent, leer je over de geschiedenis en tradities die van Tequila zo'n geliefde Mexicaanse drank maken. En aan het einde van je tour krijg je de kans om zes verschillende Tequilas en een heerlijke Mezcal te proeven, zorgvuldig gemaakt door onze meester-distilleerders.
We eten in een lokaal restaurant "Ruinas Chimulco" waar je authentieke Jalisco-gerechten kunt eten. Dit restaurant heeft een uniek tintje en breekt met de schema's waaraan we gewend zijn, aangezien ze te zien zijn in de oude en originele muren, de geschiedenis, de stroming van het water dat wordt geboren, maakt het ongetwijfeld interessant en de moeite waard om te bezoeken.
Bezoekt de stad Tequila en maakt een wandeling door de charmante straten in het centrum, waar u kleurrijke gebouwen, levendige markten en het historische centrum vindt.
Zal een stop maken bij de beroemde bar "Cantaritos el Güero" die beroemd werd omdat hij viraal ging op sociale media met zijn cantarito van 21 liter. Dit is een traditionele cocktail in de regio. Het wordt geserveerd op een klei en bevat sinaasappel, grapefruit, limoensap, zout en natuurlijk tequila.
Onze laatste stop zijn de agavevelden waar je tijd hebt om prachtige foto's te maken van het adembenemende agavelandschap voordat we teruggaan naar Guadalajara.

Highly recommended! The entire tour is extremely complete. The guides are very friendly and fun. The transportation was impeccable. The recommendations for places are 10/10 There was no problem at all. We just enjoyed!
Our group of 6 had the best time visiting Cava de Oro. Our guide Jessie provided a dynamic experience!! The tour of the distillery was amazing. Jessie was so knowledgeable and took a lot of time to answer all our questions. We learned so much about tequila and agave. The tastings were fun, Jessie has turned us all into tequila lovers!
We highly recommend Agave Adventures and our guide Cesar if you are looking to have a great experience. We were promptly picked up from our hotel in Guadalajara and Cesar made sure we were comfortable and happy during the entire trip. Cesar introduced us to many of the cultural highlights of the area and took us to the best Tequila distilleries. We never felt rushed and we were given time to enjoy a leisurely lunch at an excellent restaurant selected by Cesar. We spent the evening enjoying some refreshing cantaritos and discussing the many amazing experiences we had with our guide Cesar and looking forward to coming back in the future.
The tour was terrific… learned about the process of tequila and got to taste some fantastic tequila. James, who drove us around, knew which places to take us and told us about the history of tequila.
What a amazing tour! Jesse is so passionate and knowledgeable about tequila and the entire growing and distilling process. My friend and I went into this tour saying , I don't like tequila, but this seems like a fun activity and maybe we will learn something. Boy did we ever learn about tequila! We went to 2 artisanal distilleries and we're able to see the whole process from start to finish. We had a beautiful lunch in an old hacienda and spent some time walking around the square in Tequila. We also learned that we actually do like tequila! I highly recommend this tour with Jesse.
We found this tour to be the best. Jessie and Edgard were super good hosts. They picked us up and took us to our tour in all the best conditions. The Cava de Oro tour was spectacular and super instructive. Cantaritos was a necessary stop. I would totally recommend this tour if you come to the Guadalajara area.
