Ga op een onvergetelijke dagtrip naar de bruisende Spaanse stad Sevilla, waar geschiedenis, cultuur en schoonheid samenkomen. Vanuit de Algarve reis je naar Sevilla waar een deskundige gids je kennis laat maken met de meest iconische bezienswaardigheden van de stad. Ontdek belangrijke bezienswaardigheden zoals het Real Alcázar Paleis, de kathedraal van Sevilla, het Maria Luisa Park en het prachtige Plaza de España. Wandel door de charmante wijk Santa Cruz en geniet van de rijke geschiedenis en unieke sfeer. Plaza de España ligt in het midden van de uitgestrekte tuinen in Moorse stijl en is gebouwd in een klassieke Renaissance Revival-stijl en is nu de thuisbasis van verschillende belangrijke overheidsgebouwen. . De semi-elliptische vloer is omgeven door een estuarium dat het binnenplein scheidt door een marmeren leuning. Vier betegelde steenbruggen, die verschillende regio's van Spanje vertegenwoordigen, bieden toegang over de riviermonding

Loved Seville! Would love to go back there! Would have rated 5 stars, but didn’t like how the bus ride home, everyone was dropped off at their individual hotels! Where as in the morning, there were several people at each pick up spot! Also our tour guide really pushed the one hour boat ride, which I don’t recommend! Your time is better spent exploring this beautiful city!

Regarding the return journey, we’d like to clarify that the drop-off process is the same as in the morning: guests are returned to the same meeting point where they were picked up, which is the closest designated meeting point to their hotel. This means that several guests may share the same drop-off location, just as at the start of the tour. You are free to use your free time in Seville in the way that best suits you, and we fully understand that some guests prefer to explore the city on foot. The trip was good but I felt Ana our tour guide was pushing us more to do the boat ride and visit the garden . She was discouraging us to do the castle and the cathedral, which were actually the highlight of the trip. The boat ride is pretty mediocre, I would have felt very disappointed if I didn’t visit the cathedral or do the whole old town square by myself using a horse carriage.

The day was long but enjoyable. Ana the guide is possibly the best guide I have ever had on any trip or tour both overseas or at home. She is very personable, humorous and knowledgeable. Her briefings and updates were in English and German and were very smoothly transitioned. The day in Seville was initially escorted to give us our bearings before allowing us to have about 5 hours to explore ourselves.

We did not have a good experience with the guide. We felt abandoned by the guide. If he would of handed us a Hop on Hop off brochure, we would of least had a map of the city. When we went to go into the Palace, there were not tickets available. Our guide told us to meet at 1.45 to go on the River Cruise which we did. On the ticket it said it included a free walking tour, which our guide did not tell us and at that point we had no time to do this as we had to get back on the bus. If we would of known, we could of did the walking tour, then the river cruise. As it worked out, we basically went to Seville for lunch and back to Portugal.

First on the site, it located my resort as one of the pickup for 7am. Instead, I had to wake up 4am catch an uber to go to a bus station that was not close by 5:45am. We made several stops to pick other at their hotel. Arrive Seville 11am and leave 3pm. A very short tour and last 2 hours alone. Return home 9pm and of course back to bus station and another uber. Trip to Seville direct is only 2 hours but as you can see it was a long day from 4am to9pm.
