Bewonder de ruïnes van deze fantastisch bewaard gebleven Romeinse stad, voordat je de kapel bezoekt, gebouwd op de plek waar sommigen geloven dat Jezus 'moeder haar laatste dagen doorbracht. The tour guide didn't turn up so I had to chase, not the best start as a solo traveler waiting on the side of the road at 6AM. Be aware you do have to pay additional fees. It's cheap because it doesn't include any entrance fees. Ephesus is £37 and Mary's house is £10. I knew about the additional costs but some tourists didn't and were very upset.
Amazing ! Must do whilst in Turkey , tour guide very friendly and informative , the ruins were spectacular to see and to learn about , so much to take in , appreciate the enthusiasm of the tour guide which meant we had a fully informed tour and experience.

Ephesus itself it amazing. A MUST SEE destination. Not the easiest place to navigate if you have any mobility issues, but even if you do, PLEASE try and see it. You won't regret it. All you need to be aware of is you may be told entrance fees are included........... but on the coach they will tell you a different story, so be prepared to pay an extra £16 per person

Beautiful scenery,fantastic weather and great experience. I highly recommend the whole experience,really worth it.
Ephasus is Not very accessible as all marble and depending on entry point it’s either up or downhill for large sections. It’s an outstanding place and guides are lovely and knowledgeable. It’s extremely open and limited shade so take plenty of suc screen if with little ones. There are lots of little nooks to explore too. I didn’t go in house of Virgin Mary but chatted to chap outside selling tiles. He was lovely and told us lots of interesting things as well as having a beautiful kitten. Had a fab day and well worth a visit
