Dagtrip naar Capri, Sorrento en Pompeii vanuit Rome

Als je in Rome bent en niet zeker weet welke plaatsen je moet bezoeken tussen CAPRI, SORRENTO en POMPEI... Kies ervoor om alle 3 de plaatsen op 1 dag te bezoeken!! Het lijkt misschien overweldigend, maar het zal de moeite waard zijn! Neem een vroege trein van Roma Termini naar het centraal station van Napoli, ontmoet uw privégids en pak vervolgens een taxi naar de haven en neem de jetfoil naar Capri. Als het weer en de zee het toelaten, aan boord van een cabriolet/minibus of met een deelboot, is uw eerste stop de wereldberoemde Blue Grotto of een boottocht rond het eiland om alle andere grotten en natuurlijke rotsen te zien: “Faraglioni”, in het geval van de sluiting van de Blauwe Grot vanwege de ruwe zee. . Volgende bestemming is Sorrento. Geniet van de hoofdstraat en het prachtige uitzicht. Stop voor de lunch en kort daarna haalt een chauffeur je op om jou en je gids naar Pompeii te rijden, voor een sprong in het Romeinse tijdperk, dankzij de rijkdom aan hystorische details van je archeologische gids. Aan het einde zet uw chauffeur u af op het treinstation van Napels.

Boek uw snelle treintickets om 06.00 uur van Roma Termini naar Napoli Centrale en in 1 uur en 10 minuten arriveert u in het treinstation van Napoli Centrale, waar u uw privégids ontmoet
Je gids wacht op je bij de uitgang van baannummer 24, met een bordje met je naam erop. Pak dan een taxi met je gids naar de haven. Ongeveer 15 minuten om in de haven aan te komen.
Samen met de gids per privé auto bereikt u de belangrijkste haven van Napels, Molo Beverello en pakt u de deelbare snelle veerboot naar Capri Island
Ferry van Napels zal aanmeren in de belangrijkste haven van Capri , Marina Grande . Hier neemt u het vervoer naar uw eerste stop van de tour.
De Blauwe Grot is beroemd om de kleur van het zeewater in de grot. Het is van een ongelooflijk helder blauw dat je sprakeloos zal achterlaten. Als het echter slecht weer of hoogwater is, is de grot gesloten voor het publiek.
Bezoek het eiland Capri met je ervaren gids. die je sprakeloos zal achterlaten.
Vanaf hier neemt u de veerboot naar Sorrento , uw tweede halte.
Sorrento is een tweede halte van deze tour en het is een betoverende heuvelstad die het beste van deze regio combineert: prachtige natuur, legendarische geschiedenis en heerlijke limoncello.
Strakker met uw gids en met een privébusje bereikt u Pompei, de laatste halte van deze tour, beroemd over de hele wereld als de best bewaarde ruïnesite uit de Romeinse tijd. “Dankzij” de uitbarsting van de vulkaan Vesuvius omhulden de lava en as alles perfect. Wandelen langs de straten van de ruïnes zal het echt lijken in de Romeinse tijd.
Na uw bezoek aan de ruïnes van Pompeii brengt de chauffeur u terug naar Napels, waar hij u afzet bij het treinstation en terugkeert in Rome.

We stayed at the Cesar Augustus Hotel in Sorrento. The personal was very rude especially they refuse to let us use the bathroom on the bar, just as we arrive we needed to use it , the hotel did not have a bathroom on the first floor so they sent us to the bar on arrival to the bar all the staff refuse to let us use it. We told them that we were guests at the hotel. They still refused. The personal at the hotel were bad and the ones at the bar worse. Sorrento was great but the hotel was very bad.
We had a great day, thanks to lots of care and attention from Mossimo. He went out of his way to make my mother-in-law’s birthday special. Booking a private tour was worth the splurge for us!
This tour was one of the best we had on our 10 day trip. The views were spectacular and everything was exceptionally well organized. Starting from the ease of catching the boat to Naples to our drop off everything was flawless. Marcella was by far the highlight! She was extraordinarily knowledgeable about EVERY area we toured. We enjoyed the fun facts she gave to us on our boat tour of Capri and the island tour itself. She knew so many locals and made the experience very personal for us. We felt like we were escorted like VIP's the entire day! The time in Sorrento was excellent and once again thanks to Marcella we had a great meal and did some shopping before we went on to Pompeii. Her knowledge and navigation of Pompeii was fantastic as well. It is a LONG day but gave us a great taste of the three areas that would have taken us 3 days to navigate as successfully on our own. Thank you Marcella!
This was a great trip. It was a long day but worth it. Alessandra our tour guide was on top of the day's many activities and made arrangements for us to make every minute count. It was very fruitful and we got to see the island of Capri, Sorrento (great place for the limoncello and we had a tasty lunch there too), Pompeii was amazing to learn about. Make sure you protect yourself against the sun in Pompeii because there is almost no shade there and you are basically out in the open. Make sure you plan your train ride to Napoli.
All I can say is don’t miss this tour!!! Everything was perfect! Ask for Marcella to be your guide! She was the best guide and knew everything about the area. We took a scenic boat ride around the whole island. Then we explored the town of Capri and the gardens overlooking the sea. Don’t miss the perfume store where they still sell an ancient scent discovered accidentally by the Carthusian monks! Sorrento was a delight to see and explore. We enjoyed lunch and shopping. Then we finished with an amazing tour of ancient Pompeii. Transportation between the different sites was provided as part of the tour and it was seamless! An absolutely perfect day and a great way to take a day trip excursion out of Rome! Thank you Marcella!!!!
what a lovely experience with a fantastic guide. we had such a grand time and even though the blue grotto was closed to tide we still saw wonderful sights and took a tour to many grottos around the island by boat.
Paolo, the guide was great and very knowledgeable. Capri was nice. Sorrento is a good mid point between Capri and Pompeii. We timed out and missed Pompeii due to rain and traffic. Book the 7PM train out of Naples.
