Wat uw niveau van waardering voor Champagne ook is, wij zullen de tour aanpassen om het speciaal voor u te maken. Ik ben de eigenaar exploitant, een expert in Champagne en moedertaalspreker Engels. Nooit gescript, altijd gepersonaliseerd, we delen gewoon graag het beste over Champagne en zorgen ervoor dat u onvergetelijke herinneringen maakt tijdens uw dagtrip. Kom alleen, koppels, groepen vrienden, en families. Er zal wat geschiedenis zijn, wat cultuur, wat wijngaarden om te verkennen, en veel te leren over de processen. Het hoogtepunt is natuurlijk het proeven van de verschillende champagnes nadat je er kennis van hebt genomen. Het is allemaal logisch als je er bent! Na deze tour zul je nooit meer op dezelfde manier naar champagne kijken. Maak kennis met een aantal producenten, laat je verbazen door de grote huizen, en als je er bij de oogst bent zul je het geweldige sap ervaren dat uit een pers komt!

Vertrek vanuit Starbuck’s Odeon waar je een café en croissant kon nuttigen terwijl je wachtte op Champagne.
Een onlangs gerestaureerde kathedraal waar de meeste koningen sinds Clovis werden gekroond is een echt moment om te ontdekken. Alle glas-in-loodramen werden vervangen door klassieke werken tot twee opmerkelijke kunstenaars de te vertellen verhalen moderniseerden. Marc Chagall behield op wonderbaarlijke wijze zijn stijl en Imi Knoebel zal u verbazen met indrukwekkende kubuskleuren. Ik zal je wat details vertellen, zodat je bij aankomst een vrij snelle tour doet en weet waar je op moet letten.
Afhankelijk van de planningsmogelijkheden begint een midden tot groot producentenbezoek uw dag. Het zou Lanson (een van mijn favorieten) Pommery, Taittinger, Veuve Clicquot, Mumm kunnen zijn, als het in de ochtend is. In de namiddag kan het Mercier, Boizel, Moet & Chandon (vaak vol) Charles Mignon zijn, of Nicolas Feuillatte in Chouilly. Als er geen beschikbaar zijn, zijn er veel kleinere om te bezoeken met geweldige champagnes om te proeven. Hoe langer je van tevoren boekt hoe meer kans er is op een plekje bij de meer populaire huizen. Elk huis heeft iets unieks, vooral in de manier van hun kelders.
Waar het idee van champagne werd geboren. Tot op de dag van vandaag gelden de methoden van Dom Pierre Perignon. De kerk heeft een zeer belangrijke rol in de geschiedenis. Dit zal een rondleiding zijn die kort genoeg is, maar belangrijk voor het begrip van Champagne en zijn geschiedenis. We rijden door het pittoreske dorpje en gaan naar de picknickplaats om foto's te maken of te picknicken en of champagne te drinken.
We rijden de rijkste straat ter wereld op. Je hebt hier je lunchopties met wat tijd om alleen te zijn. Ik zal de beste plaatsen aanwijzen, die we onderweg naar Reims hebben gedaan. Als er mooi weer is, kan er gekozen worden voor een picknick op het mooiste uitzichtpunt bij Hautvillers. De lunch zou in dat geval opgehaald worden bij een lokale bakker. Tafelkleed, glazen en alles staat klaar voor die keuze.
Bezoek een kleine producer in een zeer up front intieme tour. Vaak is dit het hoogtepunt van de dag! Je leert veel, ziet veel en proeft veel.
Terugreis naar Parijs. Het verkeer is meestal goed tot rond EuroDisney, daarna kan het erg druk zijn en is het meestal erg druk. U kunt worden afgezet bij of voor de Notre Dame-kathedraal op onze terugweg via Rive Droite vanaf Pont d'Austerlitz of het ophaalpunt.

Amazing full day Champagne experience to several different locations. Neil adjusted the tour to try a new house tour. It was absolutely Perfect! He is very knowledgeable with all the vineyards and took us to the best little spot in France. Highly recommend this trip if you have a day to sightsee.

An amazing, personable tour. Been to France many times, but never had such a nice tour. Amazing champagne house visits and lots of nice history. The picnic lunch and drive through the vineyards put the day over the top. Don’t hesitate to book this tour.

Neil was a friendly and very knowledgeable guide. The vehicle was clean, comfortable and on time. The tour included the Notre Dame Cathedral in Reims, which is spectacularly beautiful with amazing stained glass and is a must see. The Champagne tastings were outstanding both in quality and quantity and included a memorable tour of a small family owned producer. We have been on many tours and this is as good as it gets.
Thank you for making this tour a great way to finish the season. Outside of tasting the rarest varietals of grapes (Petit Meslier and Pinot Blanc) non Malolactic conversion at Lanson both Black creation and Rosé) but also tasted some of the very grapes still on the vines that go into making champagne. Along the road we saw at least 50 dear 2 ducks, 1 goose, and 2 pheasants. To top it off checked in at Moët & Chandon to find Napolean's bi-corne beaver hat was still in the display window! Truly a pleasure to have you both out a second time, and with family. I was happy that we had customised the trip with the other group to have a special unplanned visit at Moët & Chandon in between. Young or a little older the vibe was making it a fun trip with a little on culture, past wars, current wine making business, and of course lots of fabulous wines tasted. Who knows maybe we could make a private tour with all the sites dedicated to WW1 where capitulation was signed, Monuments where the battle of the Marne etc. Champagne is so much more than just a great bubbly drink!
