Ramboda Falls is 109 m hoog en de 11e hoogste waterval van Sri Lanka en de 729e hoogste waterval ter wereld. Het is gelegen in Pussellawa gebied, aan de snelweg A5 bij Ramboda Pass. Het werd gevormd door Panna Oya, een zijrivier van Kothmale Oya. De hoogte van de watervallen is 945 m boven zeeniveau.
Nuwara Eliya Post Office is een iconisch gebouw dat is gelegen in het centrum van de stad Nuwara Eliya. Dit twee verdiepingen tellende rode bakstenen gebouw gebouwd in Tudor Revival bouwstijl is een van de oudste postkantoren in het land. In 2012 werd de bovenverdieping van het gebouw, die de woonruimte van de postmeester was, omgetoverd tot een toeristische accommodatieplek.
Vaak aangeduid als ‘Little England’, heeft deze gentele hooglandgemeenschap wel een roze-getint, vaag Brits-plattelandsdorpgevoel, met zijn bungalows uit de koloniale tijd, hotels in Tudor-stijl, goed onderhouden hagen en mooie tuinen. Inderdaad, Nuwara Eliya was ooit de favoriete koel-klimaat ontsnapping voor de hardwerkende en hard drinkende Engelse en Schotse pioniers van Sri Lanka's thee-industrie.
Het Gregorymeer, soms ook Gregorymeer of Gregoryreservoir genoemd, is een stuwmeer in het hart van de theelandheuvelstad Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka. Het Gregorymeer werd aangelegd tijdens de periode van de Britse gouverneur Sir William Gregory in 1873. Het meer en de omgeving vormen het Gregory Lake Area.

We had an amazing 3 nights tour with Indika around Sri Lanka. We visited Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Ella, Mirissa, and returned to Colombo. Indika was very friendly, helpful, and always made sure we were comfortable during the whole trip. He drove safely, explained many places to us, and helped us enjoy the beautiful scenery and attractions. The tour was well organized and stress-free. We made a trip with Indika from Kandy to Ambewela train station. Indika is an excellent driver. He got us tickets for the train to Ella and picked out the best seats for us on the train. Unfortunately, due to the low water level, it did not work out with a swim at the falls. We can recommend Indika without restriction. Thank you Indika

we had a great experience driving from Kandy to Ella! We stopped off for a lovely lunch by a waterfall. Would highly recommend.

Indika was a very good guide for us. He was very accommodating. His vehicles (tuktuk and car) were very comfortable. It was very nice and always ready to share with us its most beautiful spots and culture. We have a good memory of it. Thank you again.
