Dagtour naar Dalyan vanuit Fethiye met lunch en transfers

Ontdek op deze dagtrip vanuit Fethiye het schilderachtige landschap, zand, modderbaden en de oude ruïnes van de prachtige Dalyan-rivier. Reis naar het mooie stadje Dalyan, ga aan boord van een rivierboot en breng de dag door met cruisen door een natuurreservaat met ongerepte rietvelden en velden. Zwem, zonnebaad en kijk voor zeldzame onechte karetschildpadden op het beschermde İztuzu-strand, bewonder de oude eeuwenoude koningen van de koning van Kaunos en wentel je in de beroemde modderbaden van de rivier en de warme thermale baden. Een smakelijke lunchbuffet in een restaurant aan de rivier zorgt voor de finishing touch.

We halen u 's ochtends tussen 08:00 en 09:00 uur op bij uw hotel en onze tour begint. Onze Dalyan Tour begint met een busrit van een half uur nadat we u hebben opgehaald bij uw accommodatie in Fethiye. Je kunt ook het Sülüngür-meer zien op de Dalyan-weg met een adembenemend uitzicht, door bossen vol dennen- en amberbomen.
We stappen op onze boten in Dalyan en gaan naar onze eerste stop, het kruispunt van Dalyan en het Köyceğiz-meer, en pauzeren hier 10 minuten om geïnformeerd te worden over de interessante geschiedenis van het Köyceğiz-meer. Vervolgens gaan we met een korte boottocht naar het modderbad van Sultaniye, direct aan de oever van het meer. Sultaniye Thermale Bron / Modderbad, dat al duizenden jaren het oudste en meest actieve bad in de regio is sinds de Lycische periode, wordt beschreven als het beste onder de modderbaden in de regio. Er zijn hier verschillende warmwaterzwembaden die sterk naar zwavel ruiken, en deze zwembaden hebben veel genezende eigenschappen. Wanneer u deze zwembaden betreedt, voelt het alsof u herboren bent, voelt uw huid jonger en gladder aan en voelt u zich meer ontspannen en gezonder omdat gifstoffen uit uw lichaam worden verwijderd.
Na onze pauze in het Modderbad gaan we verder naar ons open buffetrestaurant aan het water. Hier vervolgen we onze tour na de lunch door de gewenste gerechten te kiezen uit de rijke menu-opties die bij uw smaak passen.
Na de lunchpauze gaan we weer aan boord van onze boot en varen naar het kanaal. Het uitzicht op de Rotsgraven vanuit de oude handelsstad Kaunos, die je aan het kanaal ziet op weg naar Iztuzu Beach, zal je fascineren. Tijdens een korte stop in dit deel van onze tour leren we meer over de rotsgraven van onze gids.
Na onze stop bij de rotsgraven gaan we naar het strand van Iztuzu, waar de rivier de Dalyan de zee ontmoet, voor een zwem- en rustpauze van 1,5 uur. Als u geluk heeft, kunt u in zijn natuurlijke omgeving de Caretta Caretta-schildpad tegenkomen, de op een na grootste zeeschildpad met harde schaal ter wereld. Hoewel er onvoldoende wetenschappelijk bewijs is, wordt geschat dat de Caretta caretta-schildpad al 40 miljoen jaar in de regio bestaat en zich voortplant. Houd je camera's altijd gereed, want je weet nooit wanneer je de kans krijgt om een foto te maken van dit prachtige wezen!
Hier stapt u in uw bus en ontspant u tijdens uw rit terug naar Fethiye, waar uw reis eindigt met een hotelovernachting. Let op: de volgorde van de activiteiten zoals hierboven beschreven kan op de dag van uw tour wijzigen.

In a word "Awful". We arranged the trip at short notice (the night before) and received confirmation almost straight away. Three pieces of information confirmed the pick-up point as the Hotel Security gate at 09.00hrs. We arrived there at 08.55hrs and waited 20 minutes before emailing the provider to check where the transport was. 10 minutes later I received a telephone call from Arbec Travel (who provided the tour) to say that the pick-up time was 07.50 and that they'd waited 35 minutes but as we weren't there, they'd gone. All information had been passed by email from Viator but Arbec sent a WhatsApp message regarding the pick-up time which we had not seen. Note that at this time we did not know who Arbec were. When Arbec rang they were extremely unhelpful and just referred me to their Terms and Conditions. When asked why didn't telephone me when arriving at the hotel they could not answer - they had my number as they had just phoned me and had sent a WhatsApp message, we could have walked to the pick-up point in a couple of minutes. I even offered to get a taxi to catch up with the tour at my expense, but they would not accept that. I requested a refund from Arbec, but nothing has been received in the week since our proposed trip, in fact their communications since are in denial of what happened, their only defence being 'we sent you a WhatsApp message' even though they could see it hadn't been read. They still have £180 of my money. A totally unacceptable experience.

It was a fabulous day! Even though it was an overcast, rainy day it was fabulous! Cruising down the river with all the history from our fabulous guide Sev! She is knowledgeable, extremely excited about her job and loving! The ruins were magnificent

We had a great day. Pickup and drop off from our hotel went smoothly. Dalyan is a beautiful area. The boat moves slowly through the water so there is plenty of opportunity for photos. The mud baths and hot springs was fun. The rock tombs beautiful and Iztuzu Beach was good for a swim or just lying on the beach. We even saw some large turtles, although the water wasn't clear enough to see them well. Overall we loved our day.

A great family trip. Lovely to get out of the hotel and experience some of Turkey. Seeing different views and being led by a wonderful guide. We were taken to the Dalyan river where we boarded a boat and cruised to the mud and thermal spring experience. Funny and definitely an experience. The kids mostly enjoyed diving from the jetty into the river. A great lunch, huge portions and then back onto the boat for the rock tombs. Some great history provided by our guide. Onto the Turtles and wow, they were amazing. We bought the blue crab, had a nibble ourselves and then we all enjoyed throwing the remains for the fish. We finished refreshing ourselves in the sea and with an ice cream before boarding the boat and being driven back to our hotel. We couldn’t have asked for anything more and felt in very safe hands. I would highly recommend this company.

What a great day out!! Fun packed and relaxing all at once!! Our guide Sev was fabulous. So warm and friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend this trip. Also I did look 10 years younger after going in the mud Bath so I will be back!!

This excursion is nothing short of fantastic! My husband and our two teenagers all had an amazing day on this trip. The tour guide ‘Jesus’ was very knowledgeable, helpful and fun. We learned so much about the areas we visited and Turkey in general. The boat ride provides beautiful views and the mud baths are so much fun. I loved the thermal bath, it was so lovely and relaxing after the cold shower to get the mud off. I was worried it would be packed but it wasn’t at all. The highlight for me was seeing the turtles. I can’t tell you how many trips I’ve been on where they’ve promised I’ll see a turtle and then we didn’t. No issues this time! The turtle was about 2m away from me. Breathtaking. The food was good, not great but very adequate. The photographer is also very good, not intrusive and the photos are really lovely. There is an opportunity to buy crab to eat and feed the shells to the turtles. We don’t eat crab for religious reasons but I regretted not getting one because you are much more likely to see the turtles if you chuck the crab shells into the water. Overall this is great value for money and highly recommended.

It is quite a long day but we'll worth it. Our tour guide was excellent. She was so friendly and helpful and very informative. The scenery was spectacular, and the mud bath was so much fun. Even the food at lunch was quite a good standard. We spent an hour and a half on Turtle beach wich was a nice break from the travelling and saw quite a few turtles which was great. We couldn't fault this day trip. We will always be a happy memory for us. Thanks to the tour guide and everyone else for a great dayout. Dave and Jenny from Plymouth UK

This was a great day, the mud bath and hot springs were so revitalising, seeing the tombs was amazing and Turtle bay has to be one of the best beaches in the area. Our guide was so much fun and informative. It's a full day out but well worth it. Thank you for such a wonderful day.
