We halen op bij alle hotels op de strip en in de binnenstad. We kunnen niet ophalen bij privéwoningen of Airbnb's, tenzij ze zich in een hotel of resort bevinden. We halen ook op bij hotels die zich op maximaal vijf kilometer afstand van de Las Vegas-strip bevinden.

Did not received a reminder the day prior to Hollywood Day trip. Emailed the evening prior with a response that I had the wrong website. Pick up was originally planned for 4 am. We waited an hour as we made several phone calls and emails to this company. Response received 3-4 hrs later. After investigation, it was found to be a computer error in their system. Full refund received.

Waiting for a pickup at 4:00 AM only to face a lack of communication is completely unacceptable, and I am truly sorry that we let you down. While I am glad we were able to process your full refund immediately, I recognize that this doesn't make up for the lost time and the disruption to your travel plans. We have since completed a full investigation into the "wrong website" error and the system glitch that caused your booking to drop from our schedule. We are currently implementing a new manual double-check protocol for all early-morning departures to ensure that a technical error never results in a stranded guest again. We value your time and your business, and we are disappointed that we didn't get to show you the high standard of service we are known for. excursion cancelled late the day before. No explanation, no apology and especially no other proposal of fact! We are left with nothing today....

People should know you will not be on a tour bus 🚎 because buses can’t get around like smaller vehicles 🚗 can but the comfort level might not be for everyone.
Sammy really took care of us during our trip to LA. He was very informative and outgoing on the ride there and back and took us to sites in LA that other tours can’t go. He even had a few surprises for us.

It was a wonderful tour for the time we had available. Daniel was an amazing and informative guide who really knew his material. Downsides were going to Rodeo Drive with no time allocated for shopping or browsing the shops there, driving through Beverly Hills to see famous mansions that were hidden by privacy trees and the vast distance from the Hollywood sign making photo opportunities not great
Bruce was an excellent host He explained many of the history of many points on the tour He was on time and we were able to get back to the hotel after the tour in enough time to enjoy our dinner out
