Cinque Terre is een absolute must-see als je in het buitenland studeert of in Italië reist! De vijf steden zijn gevuld met kleurrijke huizen, kobaltblauwe zee, geweldig eten en geweldige winkels! Ons bedrijf biedt de leukste manier van reizen: met een groep jonge, gelijkgestemde reizigers. Of je nu een individuele reiziger, een groep buitenlandse studenten of een tussenjaar bent, we zouden heel blij zijn als je deelneemt aan onze tour! Maak je geen zorgen over de logistiek van het organiseren van een dag in Cinque Terre... Ontspan gewoon in de zon, geniet van een pina colada en wij zorgen ervoor!

Laten we Cinque Terre ontdekken en een onvergetelijke stranddag beginnen !! Ontmoet je jonge, leuke gidsen op Piazzale Montelungo Bus Terminal, ongeveer 5-10 minuten achter het treinstation Santa Maria Novella. Onze gidsen zullen feloranje kleding dragen, klaar om je in te checken! Stap in de comfortabele touringcar met airconditioning, kies uw stoel en ontspan! Als we aan de rit van 2 uur beginnen, zal uw gids het reisschema voor de dag doornemen. Als je vragen hebt, helpt hij of zij je graag verder!
We komen aan in La Spezia, de kustplaats die het dichtst bij Cinque Terre ligt. De buschauffeur zet onze groep af bij het plaatselijke treinstation. Volg je gids naar de beroemde kusttrein, die tussen de vijf steden van Cinque Terre rijdt. Geniet van het uitzicht op het helderblauwe water terwijl we inzoomen op Manarola. De treinrit duurt ongeveer 10 minuten.
Na het verlaten van de trein wordt u begroet door een absoluut PARADIJS! Als je naar rechts kijkt, zie je levendige, groene wijngaarden genesteld in de kliffen. Aan uw linkerhand ziet u een panorama van eindeloze, felgekleurde gebouwen die onder de zon lijken te gloeien. Recht vooruit zal de kobaltzee glinsteren van zachte golven terwijl vissers op pad gaan voor hun werkdag. Geniet van het verkennen van de stad, dompel je tenen in de zee, koop wat souvenirs en maak veel foto's! Je gids wijst je graag op het beroemde uitzichtpunt (de droom van een instagrammer komt uit)! Je hebt ongeveer een uur vrije tijd in Manarola.
Vervolgens gaan we naar Riomaggiore. Dit oude vissersdorpje zit vol met verborgen juweeltjes... Volg je gids naar ons favoriete restaurant om verse pesto-pizza en focaccia op te halen! Breng wat tijd door met het verkennen van de pittoreske steegjes en ga naar beneden naar de natuurlijke haven om het beste van Riomaggiore te zien! We zullen ongeveer een uur doorbrengen voordat we naar Monterosso al Mare gaan.
Na een treinrit van 10 minuten naar Monterosso, leidt je gids je rechtstreeks naar het brede, witte zandstrand en wijst je onderweg op enkele van onze favoriete lokale plekken! Je hebt ongeveer 4 uur om te ontspannen op het strand, te zwemmen in het kristalheldere water en de stad te verkennen! Pak een pina colada, een kegel van vers gebakken zeevruchten, en een perfecte middag onder de zon wacht op je! *Als u liever een andere stad in Cinque Terre verkent, geeft uw gids u graag instructies om Vernazza te bereiken, een andere stad met een veel kleiner strand.
We vertrekken vanuit La Spezia terug om terug te keren naar Florence. Geniet van de 2 uur durende busrit terug als de zonsondergang over Toscane. U kunt ontspannen in de airconditioning en herinneringen ophalen aan uw onvergetelijke dag vol prachtige landschappen, heerlijk eten en nieuwe vrienden! We komen aan het begin van de avond terug in Florence.

The tour itself was satisfactory, but the total logistics around it were a disaster. Upon arrival at the designated meeting point ten minutes early, there were no tour guides in Orange jackets as advertised. There are several tours gathering at the location so lots of people everywhere. We went to every tour guide we could find asking for guidance. We finally found one young lady who offered to make a call on our behalf. Ultimately, she was able to send us to a tour guide already on a bus (with no orange jacket) who said we were indeed on her list but she didn’t understand why as her group were all 20ish and we were late 60’s. She said she didn’t think we would have a good day with her group so she talked to a man who had previously told us he had no idea where we belonged and we joined his group. Again, the tour was okay. We enjoyed ourselves. When part of his group was preparing to take a brief boat ride, he said that he didn’t have tickets for us because we hadn’t booked that tour. Ultimately, he got us on the boat. I have no idea what that was about. After the final train segment, the guide disappeared leaving about 15 passengers wondering where to go. Again, after 15 minutes or so, everyone got rounded up and headed for (home). Again, the tour itself was okay. We did enjoy ourselves. It was a lot more walking than we thought, but we are in decent shape so 15,000 steps didn’t kill us. Hopefully, the tour company will get their logistical problems worked out.

This was our best day in Italy. Hands down. We are a family of 5 with three teens. We wanted to see Cinque Terre in one day without having to figure out travel. This trip made it easy. The bus ride was comfortable. And I cannot say enough about our tour guides, Emma and Ana. They were very enthusiastic and kept the whole group on moving from village to village on the trains. They had food and drink suggestions for each stop. Best part - jumping off the rocks into the harbor in Manarola. Monterosso had a great beach and highly recommend renting beach loungers. Also recommend the fried calamari cones, pesto focaccia and the drink buckets. I would recommend this trip for families with teens/college kids. And I would highly recommend Emma and Ava as best tour guides ever.

All the towns are beautiful but Gabrielle made it much more with sharing the details of the area and sights to see. We had lunch and met people from several countries and enjoyed conversations. Took a swim with plenty of time. Must do trip.
