De Tirta Empul-tempel (Indonesisch: Pura Tirta Empul) is een hindoeïstische Balinese watertempel gelegen nabij de stad Tampaksiring, Bali, Indonesië. Het tempelcomplex bestaat uit een petirtaan of badstructuur, beroemd om zijn heilige bronwater, waar Balinese hindoes naartoe gaan voor rituele zuivering. De tempelvijver heeft een bron die regelmatig vers water geeft, wat Balinese hindoes als heilig of amritha beschouwen. Tirta Empul betekent Heilige Lente in het Balinees.
Het is een dorp dat bekend staat om zijn handwerk en batik. Als u de Ubud-tour neemt, bezoekt u dit dorp en geniet u van het prachtige landschap van Tohpati. Anders dan dat, kun je wat Balinese traditionele ambachten kopen en kijken naar het proces om een handwevende batik live te maken.
Mas village is een traditioneel Balinees dorp gelegen in het zuidelijke deel van Ubud, Bali. Het staat bekend om zijn kunst, vooral houten kunst en wordt vaak het artistieke platteland genoemd. In dit dorp zie je veel professionele sculptorgravures in sommige bossen. Je kunt ook kijken naar hun eindproducten, sight-seeing en zelfs winkelen voor hout handwerk in dit dorp.

We had a lovely day with Gusti. Saw beautiful sights and learned about Balinese culture, language and society. It was a full day with a lot of driving because we were staying in Nusa Dua but it was worth it to see so much.

We had a tour guide Kadek. He was friendly, informative and very accomodating. Our itenary was an Ubud jewellery manufacturer , coffee/tea farm , Ubud monkey forest , Ubud rice fields (Tegallalang) and Waterfall in Kedisan also in the Ubud area. Very extensive ! Very good and value for money, would recommend the experience 😊

Fantastic Day and certainly recommend. As we’d been on another tour the company were happy to be flexible with our itinerary as so we got the most from our day focussing on arts villages, Ubud Palace, waterfall and Monkey Village.
