Het bizarre rotsachtige landschap, dat opent in de bovenste Elbe-vallei, vanuit Pirna, is altijd de favoriete excursiebestemming geweest voor de Dresdeners en hun gasten. Zwitserse schilders ontdekten de zandstenen als een unieke landschapsomgeving van iets meer dan tweehonderd jaar geleden. De bekende natuurlijke hoogtepunten zoals Bastei, Königstein Fortress, Schrammsteine enz. Hebben kunstenaars zoals Caspar David Friedrich, Richard Wagner en Carl Maria von Weber al geïnspireerd. Onze tour brengt u rechtstreeks naar het Saksische nationale park, verder via Bastei en het fort Königstein - voor een heel bijzondere natuurervaring.

De reis naar het wereldberoemde bastion is een puur natuurbelevenis. Ingebed in het prachtige landschap van het Saksisch Zwitserland Nationaal Park, kunt u genieten van een adembenemend uitzicht op de Elbe-vallei en de bizarre rotsformaties. Een uitzicht vanaf de beroemde Bastei-brug in de grillige zandstenen rotsen maakt zeker de vergelijking met de "kleine Grand Canyon" van Saksen mogelijk.
Het onneembare fort! Met een van de grootste vestingwerken in Europa, biedt de rondleiding door het fort Ein -u. Vooruitzichten die u niet zult vergeten. Midden in de romantische rotsachtige wereld van het Elbezandsteengebergte, zijn er uitzichten tot aan de hoogten van het Ertsgebergte en de Lusatian Mountains.Tijdens de vestingrondleiding ontdekt u de historische kazematten, de diepe zandstenen fontein en de kazerne, met hun beroemde gevangenis. TIP: Verover ook het fort culinair.

Great trip. Jens, the bus driver, told us a lot about the region on the way - and very moody, no rattling down of facts.
This was a great trip to spend a day in nature. I didn’t expect the bus driver to narrate the entire ride, but he was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging – it made the journey fly by. Just a heads-up: the bus tour is conducted in German. It was a very hot day and the bus didn’t have air conditioning, but we were able to open the windows on one side, which helped keep things bearable. Both stops were absolutely worth it, with plenty of time to explore at each location. You can conveniently purchase a ticket to the fort directly from the bus driver. Once at the fort, audio guides are available in English. I took one of the guided tours offered at the fort and found it incredibly informative. Overall, I’d highly recommend booking this tour!
Along the way, a lot was told about the area. The Bastei Brücke was beautiful and Königstein was also surprisingly fun and interesting, there were all kinds of small exhibitions. Well organized trip.
Was great, great way to see a bunch of things in one day. Make sure you can understand german or can translate. Not enough time to see everything.
Perfect trip! The driver Jens was always nice and polite. He told us the history of Dresden very beautifully and knowledgeably in his own words. It was a perfect birthday.
This was a very good way to see this area plus the bus driver's commentary was interesting. For the price and not to mention no stress finding everything like driving yourself would have been!
