Geniet van deze 11,5 uur durende tour door Lake Nakuru National Park, de thuisbasis van een van de meest opmerkelijke populaties wilde vogels in heel Afrika. Kom dichter bij dieren in het wild tijdens een game viewing drive en kijk uit naar de verbazingwekkende flamingo's van het park. Geniet van een boottocht van 1 uur op het Naivasha-meer, voordat u terugkeert naar uw hotel in Nairobi.

Nadat je je gids in het hotel of residency in Nairobi CBD om 6.00 uur hebt ontmoet, start je je reis naar Nakuru. Onderweg stopt u bij het uitkijkpunt Great Riff Valley, waar u een prachtig uitzicht op de steile hellingen heeft. Kom om 9.00 uur aan bij Lake Nakuru en voltooi de rit van 3 uur. Start bij uw aankomst de gamedrive van 3 uur met uw gids en een deel ervan. Pauze voor de lunch in een lokaal restaurant, Lake Nakuru Lodge. Als alternatief kunt u een vooraf afgesproken picknicklunch in het park hebben.
Lunchen, daarna blijven genieten van extra game drives op weg naar buiten. Verlaat het park om ongeveer 15:00 uur en ga naar Lake Naivasha voor een boottocht van 1 uur. Geniet tijdens de boottocht van vogels kijken, arendsvoederen en nijlpaarden bekijken. Zodra uw boottocht ten einde is, keert u terug naar het dok. Begin de rit naar Nairobi voor een aankomst van 6:00 pm en wordt afgezet bij het hotel of residency binnen CBD. LET OP: u betaalt uw eigen toegangsprijzen (60 USD per persoon) aan de poort met VISA CARD. ZE KUNNEN GEEN CONTANT GELD.

We had an amazing day in Lake Nakuru National park and at lake Naivasha. We saw a lot of different species and the game drive was fantastic. We can highly recommend our tour operator Perfect Safaris and our guide Samuel who made the trip very memorable.

Traffic problems turned this 12-hour trip into a nearly 16-hour trip. Obviously the tour company is not to blame for an accident that made traffic horrendous, but i would have expected them to check traffic reports before picking me up because the accident had occurred during the night. I would have preferred for the company to notify me of the issue and offer to cancel or reschedule. James and Wilson did a good job navigating around the traffic, taking back roads to get to each lake. They were good guides and I have no complaints with them. However, this really isn’t a good day trip. By the time we arrived at Lake Nakuru, it was too hot and late in the day for many animals to be out. I think that would have been true even without the traffic delays. Lake Naivasha was the best part of the day. I was there for a sunset boat ride and managed to see many hippos, both in and out of the water.
Our guide and driver Kazungu is full of knowledge of animals and birds. We saw lots different birds particularly and have a great day. Thanks, Kazungu.

This was our 1st ever safari and we absolutely loved it! Our driver and guide Samuel drove us safely through to the national park. He was very kind and considerate, and stopped to ensure that we could take pictures of all the animals. Samuel had a very keen eye and was very observant - he spotted a baboon in a tree from 300m away. We saw flamingo, hippo, zebra, giraffe, rhino, lion and hyena. Samuel was lovely and so patient with us and we would recommend this.

Festus was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and polite. We had a great time. 3 hours drive from Nairobi. Saw lions!!

I took this trip with my guide, Festus Kazungu. The trip itself was absolutely stunning and was full of exciting wildlife. Trip could have been more comfortable, if the vehicle used was a proper safari vehicle. Had a wonderful experience visiting the park and have some nice photos to remember it by, including photos of some of the ‘Big 5’.

Lake Nakuru was absolutely stunning. We encountered countless buffalo, zebras, impalas, baboons, and a wide variety of bird species. Festus and Larisa were exceptional guides—they were incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife and made the experience even more enjoyable with their great company. Although the road to the lake was quite bumpy, the journey was more than worth it.
