Pick-up is beschikbaar bij hotels in Da Nang en Hoi An stadscentrums. Geef uw hotelnaam, adres en telefoonnummer (WhatsApp voorkeur) op het moment van boeking voor een vlotte regeling. Onze chauffeur ontmoet u direct bij uw hotellobby of het aangegeven ophaalpunt. Voor locaties buiten het stadscentrum (zoals Son Tra Peninsula, afgelegen strandresorts of landelijke gebieden) kan een extra toeslag van toepassing zijn. Wij zullen u vooraf informeren als er extra kosten nodig zijn. Als uw accommodatie niet bereikbaar is met de auto, regelen wij het dichtstbijzijnde handige opstappunt en stellen u vooraf op de hoogte. Ophaaltijd is flexibel op basis van uw voorkeur en wordt een dag voor vertrek opnieuw bevestigd via WhatsApp of e-mail.

The driver arrived in time and was very safe in the traffic - we organised a pick up location a few hours later and when we got there another driver was there but seemed a little vague I was able to contact the agent who was really helpful and efficient,she told me not to get that taxi and organised very quickly ( minutes) another car for us with a picture of the car It was very reassuringly .
