Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Voor hotelgasten die zich binnen de ophaalzone bevinden Het ontmoetingspunt bevindt zich in de lobby van uw hotel. Zorg ervoor dat u uiterlijk 15 minuten voor vertrek op de aangewezen vertreklocatie bent. Ophaaltijden zijn onderhevig aan verandering en worden de dag voor de tour bevestigd. U moet bereikbaar blijven en berichten in de gaten houden voor updates, vooral voor last-minute boekingen Cruiseschepen mogen aanmeren op 3 pieren in Curacao. Als u bij Mega Pier 1 of Mega Pier 2 Tula aanmeert, gaat u bij het ontschepen naar de open bar en souvenirkiosken, waar u het online reserverings bord vindt. Als u bij Mathey Wharf bent aangemeerd, gaat u bij het ontschepen richting de informatiestand in de haven. Vlakbij de informatiestand ziet u het online reservering bord. Dit is ongeveer 2 tot 10 minuten lopen, afhankelijk van de aankomsthaven. De lokale vertegenwoordiger zal op u wachten met een bord met "Aida Travel Services." Ze zullen een hoed dragen met daarop "Aida Travel Services" en een oranje poloshirt met het Aida Travel Services logo erop. Would recommend this tour for cruise passengers not worth it if youre staying on island for couple of days..the cave was ehh ok..flamingos apparently was a hit or miss..you stop by the side of the road too see "if" theyre in the pond...i kid you not..
The tour was easy to locate from our ship docked at Pier 2-Tula. The rep was friendly and organized. Due to the amount of people on the tour, the rep asked if we would be willing to ride in her husband's taxi as he also works for Aida Travel Services. This proved to be an excellent move as the husband was also personable and accommodating. His knowledge about Curacao's history and his willingness to stop at points of interest - NOT on the itinerary - for a quick photo op was very much appreciated. Very positive experience. I would definitely recommend Aida Travel Services.
Mr. Glen was our driver and he was great. Very informative and really knew the ins and outs of the islands. The stops were perfect timing to get things done! Thoroughly enjoyed this trip!
Glenn was an amazing tour guide with a wealth of knowledge about Curacao. He made sure that we were on time to all of our site seeing locations and ensured we had everything that we needed. This is a great tour to get a taste of all the best highlights of Curacao and strongly recommend it! It was also great for my mother who is 83 and is not able to long walking distances.
It was a really fun experience. My family and I enjoyed seeing the caves, flamingos and turtles. We also had a great time at the beach. We had an amazing tour guide that taught us the history of the country as well.
Mr. Glen was very attentive to our needs and shared a lot of lsland History with a local flair.
Please donot book this tour, total scam. First of all they didn’t communicate with us not up until i called Viator multiple times then they showed up on the day late to the hotel. The tour specifically outlined that we would go to the flamingo park in the tour. Tour guide kept saying we are going we went to the Hato cave, we got a little sightseeing of the downtown area as well as going to the private beach. On our way back the tour guide say we will try and go see the flamingos nothing seen no explanation why we got dropped off back to our hotel. Now when i reached out to Viator to get a partial refund for them not fullfilling what was written in the tour, they told Viator that they took us to the park, now I have multiple witnesses and my partner can also attest that we didn’t go to no Flamingo Park all we were was promised to go. Total wasted day and time and it was not cheap 80usd per person. Very disappointing not only that we didn’t see the Flamingos or attempt to see them but the fact that they lied to Viator and told them they took us to the park, hence no partial refund. These people should not be allowed to operate any tours going forward they are unprofessional and liars. The sold us a false promise and didnot deliver. Viator should vet these tour operators better, or maybe it is just Curacao. I have never booked a tour through Viator and had this happen. Shame on them and disappointing to say the least. Stop false advertising and when people come on your tour you don’t deliver.

Fabulous time! The cave was amazing and the beach time was lovely. I saw two turtles! Our driver and guide shared their extensive knowledge and they had great pride in their island. Highly recommend.
