The museum was closed and it is unthinkable to be able to sell admission tickets with a closed museum, we were in the cold waiting for someone to arrive for more than 1 hour outside the museum.
Guide never showed up at the museum, and did not respond to messages. Completely unacceptable way to treat customers
The tour took a long time to start because there was a problem with two participants. Then it seemed the guide got nervous. I noticed that there was a lack of knowledge about art, the explanations were for what you were seeing on the screen.
Very knowledgeable guide but.....tour was booked as English but ended up being both English and Spanish and most of the tour was in Spanish.

Wanted to see Guernica with only a short time in Madrid. Eva was informative. Unfortunately the tour was in both English and Spanish. I hadn’t expected this and I found this a bit distracting as she jumped quickly between Spanish and English. I feel Spanish was favoured at times and there were questions I would have asked but time was limited due to the need to translate everything. Eva did a good job under the circumstances.

Eva our guide was wonderful. Presented an art history lesson! She handled a participant health issue with grace at the end of the tour very well. He got the date he needed. She was great!
