Our guide guided us through the Museo Maya de Cancún. Very informative museum and he helped explain the highlights well and answer our questions.

This tour operator is dishonest -AVOID!!! Delayed telling us we would not be picked up from new location until inside the 24 hour cancellation period - and then told us it was now a 48 cancellation period. We informed Viator of our new location ~ 60 hour in advance.
Hello! You send us a message the day before the tour date requesting a change of pick up location to a new address that was out of our range of pick up. We provided a close meeting point but you did not showed up Since the spots were confirmed there was no cancellation alllowed Viator confirmed that they never received any message regarding the change of pick up location, we received your only message a day before the tour
Staff was amazing but the tour was supose to 4-5 hours but we went to Puerto Morelos and Playa de Carmen dropping of people. I was picked up at my time bit dropped almost at 7pm I will never do a tour that long, it was more like a senic bus ride.

Be aware. If you decide to buy souvenirs in Cancun, go to MERCADO 28, However, it’s misleading. Mercado 28 is an area that has many shops at ver reasonable prices . There is even a store in Mercado 28 that has prices marked. I made the mistake of asking the bus driver to drop me off at the Mercado 28 and he dropped me at PLAZA 28. Someone was kind enough to clarify and told me to walk pass the Plaza 28 which is behind the pink building that is the Plaza 28. Only buy after you have compared prices. If you are looking for genuine hats there is a place called El sombrero loco. Good prices and service.
