Als je meer wilt leren over de Mayacultuur, natuurlijke cenotes en de mooiste plekjes van het eiland, aarzel dan niet om bij ons te boeken; wij zijn de beste keuze. Kom en geniet van deze privé-rondleiding op maat, waarbij u meer leert over meer dan 500 jaar geschiedenis van het leven van de Maya's en waar de Spanjaarden voor het eerst voet aan wal zetten op het eiland tijdens de verovering. Bezoek de grootste archeologische zone van het eiland en ontdek de schoonheid ervan met een lokale gids. Daarna bezoekt u de oostkant van het eiland, waar u kunt genieten van de mooiste landschappen van de Caribische Zee. U kunt uw gids vragen om tijdens de tour op alle mooiste plekken te stoppen, zodat u de mooiste herinneringen kunt vastleggen. We bezoeken de Palmar beachclub, waar u de beste gerechten van het Caribisch gebied kunt proeven. Tot slot maken we onze laatste stop bij een volledig natuurlijke cenote. Eerst bezoeken we de monumenten van de twee culturen, de plaats waar meer dan 500 jaar geleden de eerste mis op het hele Amerikaanse continent werd gehouden, op deze plek kwamen de Spanjaarden voor het eerst aan in Amerikaanse landen, een plaats van groot belang voor het begin van de verovering van Mexico. Op slechts een steenworp afstand kunnen we het monument van Gonzalo Guerrero bezoeken, de vader van de eerste mestiezen in Mexico, een personage dat een belangrijke rol speelde bij de verovering van de Maya-landen van Yucatan.
Bezoek de grootste archeologische zone op het eiland en ontdek de schoonheid ervan met een lokale gids van de site, naast het nemen van een Tequila Tour waar je verschillende smaken proeft en het proces leert om 100% biologische Tequila te maken.
Daarna bezoek je de oostkant van het eiland, waar je de beste landschappen van de Caribische Zee kunt bewonderen, je kunt je gids vragen om alle stops te maken op de mooiste plekken van de tour om de beste herinneringen vast te leggen, totdat je het El Mirador-restaurant aan de kust bereikt, waar we een aantal heerlijke Mexicaanse Fajitas,

It was so nice that it was a private experience, just us and our guide in a nice ac'd jeep. Our guide, Javier, was very funny, knowledgeable, and a genuinely nice guy. Things to note about the tour: you'll be brought to a store to get souvenirs at so you don't have to feel rushed to shop in port, the tequila tasting is actually a tequilla museum and is an educational experience, then they try to sell you their tequila (Casa Jalisco) which is very smooth. The ruins are better if you pay for a guide ($46ish plus a tip). The cenote is an open one, and only had one other group of 4 there. Water is clear. Its really close to where you park. Bring towels. Its cool but not freezing. Went to a rocky beach that you enter the water through dock steps only and it dips down deep about 15ft out. Get the snorkel gear so you can see the beautiful fish and coral reef underneath because thats what this beach is best for. Tons of fish swimming around you. Bring cash for all of your tips for guide of course but also the ruins, tequila place, and if you eat or drink at beach. Oh yes, and when you meet, be prepared to walk to the 711 outside of the port. Definitely worth the money for this private experience. Ask for Javier!

The guide was very nice. He took us to this side business and told us we were going for a "tequila tasting". It was awful! Birds were in very small cages, then locals try to sell you multiple very overpriced products. We did buy some Tequila because it was so high pressured we felt light we had to purchase something. It was extremely overpriced tequila. When we got home and researched what the gentleman told us, it is all a scam. At the agricultural site, we informed our driver we would not like to purchase a guide for 36 US dollars. When my husband went to the restroom, he brought the guide over to try to sell me his services even though my husband already said no. When the driver saw I was displeased, he informed me "Don't be offended, it is their lifestyle". This trip was very uncomfortable to me and I felt like it was a scam just to sell us overpriced items. I do not recommend this tour at all!
We consulted with your guide, who provided the service and gave us the details of your trip. On each visit to the archaeological site, the guides ask our clients if they would like to hire a guide to make their visit even more interesting, and each client decides whether to use that service. It's also important to understand that it's not up to us whether they try to sell you something. Regarding the tequila tasting site, there are several that we will not visit again, as it is not part of our service. Our service is for each client to leave with the best possible experience on every visit they make with us.
Best part of our cruise! Faisal was our tour guide and he was absolutely incredible. He picked us up at the port in his air conditioned vehicle with water, Gatorade, sunscreen and bug spray. We communicated that we were not interested in a touristy/instagrammy tour- we wanted authentic wildlife, nature and culture. He listened and delivered! While we enjoyed the Mayan Ruins, we enjoyed exploring off their paths more to find wild animals (which we found plenty of, including a tarantula!). The highlight of the trip was absolutely the delicious lunch on the beach while snorkeling in the crystal clear blue waters. Our second favorite stop was exploring and swimming in the cenote. Thank you for listening to us Faisal! My son described this day as ‘the best day of his life’ several times. Also, I only booked this tour last minute because our cruise line canceled our planned excursion.

Yoessef took us for so many fun things around the island ! We had cevice and tried tequila and tacos. We went to the cenote and a beach. It’s the best tour in town !

This was the best trip of our holiday. Our guide Javier Bacab was simply the best. He was a great character, full of enthusiasm and humour. The whole island seemed to know and love him!! We packed such a lot into the trip; it really had everything. From fascinating Myan ruins to tequila tasting, cenote swimming and snorkeling off a lovely beach club.
