♦ Om 7:30 - 8:00 uur verzamelen we toeristen en vertrekken naar Củ Chi Tunnels; rijden duurt ongeveer anderhalf uur, ongeveer 20 minuten bij de halte Rest voor het toilet. ♦ Als je daar aankomt, zie je uit de eerste hand de overblijfselen van oorlogstijd, de geheime bunkers die worden gebruikt als militaire schuilplaatsen voor Vietnamese soldaten, en bekijk je de documentairefilm om te begrijpen hoe Vietnamezen dapper konden vechten om onze onafhankelijkheid te verkrijgen. ♦ Je kunt ervaren hoe je hurkt, zelfs kruipt in die tunnels om je voor te stellen hoe verschrikkelijk het leven van mensen in het verleden was. ♦ Schieten met verschillende soorten geweren, met name de AK47, zal beschikbaar zijn op eigen kosten als je wilt wat ‘schiettijd’ (kogel kosten zijn exclusief). ♦ Voordat je afscheid neemt van deze plek, krijg je de kans om tapioca en thee te proberen, die in het verleden de dagelijkse gerechten van de soldaten waren.
♦ Rond de middag : Onze groep keert terug naar het centrum van Saigon, gevolgd door een bezoek aan het War Remnants Museum. Je hebt ongeveer een uur de tijd om de bestemming VRIJ te verkennen door de informatie te lezen, talloze foto's te bekijken en video's te bekijken die aspecten demonstreren die relevant zijn voor de Vietnamoorlog. U kunt ook extra betalen voor een Audio Gids om aan uw behoeften te voldoen. ♦ Tenslotte worden de gasten rond 15 :30 - 16 :00 uur bij het hotel afgezet. Tour eindigt.

The Cu Chi Tunnel experience was a highlight of my trip to Ho Chi Minh City. Nick was an awesome guide funny and informative. Once our group was at tunnels Nick layered in a lot of really interesting details about how the tunnels were built and used but it never felt dry. The tunnels themselves are pretty narrow so you have to be comfortable going into small spaces, but after going through each tunnel and walking through the jungle I gained a new perspective on the Vietnam War in a way that reading a book or watching film couldn’t ever provide.
Very enjoyable experience! Would highly recommend for families - interesting guide with good information to share, and rest stop on way to Tunnels is very interesting.

It's an amazing trip with an experienced and knowledgeable tour guide Ken who speaks fluent English. It's good that it's a small group and we get to know the historic events and go into the tunnels without much waiting time. The tour would have been perfect if the agency can contact us before the trip as we waited at the hotel lobby on the day and wondering what time will the driver be coming to fetch us. Overall recommended for the trip with tour guide Ken who is exceptional.

Great day out. Had lots of fun. Prices was reasonable. Spent few hours in a jungle and it was enough. Tony had great knowledge about the tunnels and life in a jungle.

We really liked the day trip to the Cu Chi tunnels. You learn a lot during the trip. It was a drive, but it is definitely worth it if you want to learn more about the war and how the people in the Cu Chi area lived and survived. Ken was an amazing guide! He explained everything in a funny and also memorable way, alongside telling actual information. We felt like we were fully informed about the Cu Chi tunnels. There was plenty of space to ask questions, which he always happily and fully answ3red. Thanks Ken! Only downside for us was the rest stop along the way, in which you are led through a lacquer shop, which we did not believe to add anything to the day other than hassle.
